  Way over priced. They talk up their product that isn't any better. If you have tens of thousands of dollars to throw away, go with them.

  Had new seamless gutters installed the first week of Feb. 2020. By April the back gutter was separating from the house already. Water leaking in between roof and gutter. ( exact reason why I had new ones installed). The installation crew left quite a mess behind( nails in driveway and yard and old gutter guards not all taken away). Have been trying for over a week to get someone to come look at what is wrong and can’t even get anyone to respond. 1 person told me that someone would be by at the beginning of this week to look at it and it’s now Thursday and nothing. We have other projects needing done not sure I would use them again.

  I had gutters with gutter guards put on my home. Cameron and Ledger did a wonderful job. They were very respectful and very knowledgeable. The price for my job was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the whole process.

  After recent storms I reached out looking for help with roof damage and Jay with Midland quickly came out and tarped my roof at no charge to prevent further issues. He was prompt, professional, and very helpful during a stressful situation. Based on this level of service, I will absolutely consider them for future exterior work. 11/10

  Great experience from beginning to end! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Ganon prepared the estimate the same day he came out to review the work I needed done with no pressure to commit that day. Once I decided what work I wanted done, he explained the process (easy) and timeline (it's springtime, so they're especially busy) then managed to fit me in quicker than I expected. Special shoutout to Cameron - he worked his tail off installing the gutters on his own. He ended up working late that day to repair some unexpected damage he found when he took the old gutters down. I appreciate him going the extra mile. Thank you to Keenan, too. He came out at the end of the day to help Cameron finish up. These folks were great! I highly recommend.

  Jamie and Eli did an outstanding job with the installation of our Marvin infinity replacement casement picture window. The replacement fit like a glove with virtually no disruption in the interior.

  Wonderful experience. Salesman was patient with us as we went back and forth over what we wanted and when we wanted windows. Installer was fantastic. The gentleman spent 2 days expertly installing windows and trim inside and out. New windows were completed just before big snow storm, they proved themselves well.

  I highly recommend Midland Exteriors. I’ve been using them for about 15 years now and I’ve always gotten excellent and timely service.   Residing in steel for our 50+ year old home out in a valley in the Flint Hills; professionally done in all areas from sales call to details to installation. We finally have our retirement home the way we want it, and Midland crew work so sharp it looks like this is the way it has always been! Done right!

  Midland Exteriors was very professional and did a great job. We went with the metal siding and I am very glad we did. One north windy day the house to the north of use caught fire and if we would of had vinyl siding our house would of burned down. Thank you Midland for the great service.

  We had all our windows replaced with Marvin Infiniti windows and Absolutely Love them! Their customer service has been exceptional and they definitely stand behind their warranty! We would Highly recommend you consider them before deciding on any other company! They also did our steel siding and now our home looks updated and is maintenance free!
