We had them do our roof and they did not show up when they was suppose, ended up showing up when we was out of town, when we came home they didnt do the job right. Got a hold of Zach and he said they would be out to get it done. It took them 6 weeks to get it done and it is a really bad job. Zach will text you and say they are going to be out and then they don't show and don't text/call ya.Didn't do a good job of cleaning up after themselves we had to do the clean up both times they came out. I would not recommend them to anyone. When you call them no one returns your calls either

This guy, Bryce Ross, shows up on my doorstep trying to sell me something I try to politely and repeatedly say I'm not interested in. When I finally tell him to have a good night and turn to walk back inside, he turns to his partner and insults me calling me crazy for not being interested in his sales pitch.

Hey Daniel, We are really sorry to hear about your experience. You will notice that almost all of Bryce's reviews are 5 stars, and it is most unfortunate you were not able to experience the best of what he had to offer as a rep here at ACR. Unfortunately, he is no longer with the ACR team, but we know he does care deeply for his customers - and we would love a chance to change your opinion of us should you ever need roofing services. Thank you for the feedback - we will grow from it!

I have a ceiling leak in my garage and thought it was the roof. Had a technician come out to check it out and not only did he inform me it wasn’t the roof, but he took the time to help me find out what it was (a plumbing issue) and gave me resources to fix it! Definitely went above and beyond and this company should be very proud of their workers. Highly recommend.

Zach came through great for us and got Insurance to approve way more than we originally expected. They did amazing work for us, roof, solar removal and reinstall, gutters, and paint. We really appreciate everyone’s hard work. Thank you!

They did a great job on our roof. They had to tear off 3 layers of shingles (inherited from previous owner) and replaced it all with metal, even added additional 1.5in insulation boards under. So far, it's been quieter during these recent rain storms and cooler during the 90+ degree weather. I'm very satisfied.

Jonathon at American Commercial Roofing completed a complimentary roof inspection on my home after several hail storms. He took many pictures to show me the condition, and after his inspection, shared all the information with me. He confirmed that my roof was still in good condition and I didn't need any roof repairs at this time. This is what defines an honest and hard working company. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. When the day comes that I do need roof repairs or a new roof, I will definitely hire American Commercial Roofing. Honesty goes a long way!

This company is how business should be done. They worked with me through the entire process and with my insurance company to ensure that what I needed was what I received. They did a great job with the work and I will only ever tell anyone to contact American Commercial Roofing in this area in the future! Ask for Zack!

I would highly recommend American Commercial Roofing. I easily scheduled an appointment online and Zach called to confirm it. He showed up promptly and thoroughly explained the procedure and the various roofing products and answered my questions. The crew that replaced my shingles worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Due to the age of my house, there were some problems with the vent to the furnace and the guys came back the next day to work on it. In the process, some very old ductwork in the basement was damaged. I advised Zach of the damage, and Brennan and a crew came out to repair it the following day. I offered to pay extra as the damaged vent was very old and rusty, but Brennan said it was all part of the service and refused the extra pay. Zach and Brennan were great to work with, as were the crews. I feel I got superior service, quality products, and a beautiful new roof at a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond for me, and everyone I dealt with was respectful and courteous, which in this day and age was a refreshing surprise.

Amazing service!! Called me back the same day to set up an appointment. Zach was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and did an awesome job advocating for us and working with my insurance. Brennan and his team did a great job on my roof- again friendly and professional. Facia and Gutters were installed after and look wonderful! Communication was clear and prompt throughout. Will definitely use them in the future.

I highly recommend American Commercial Roofing. Fast, courteous, and professional service. My roof was damaged do to hail. My insurance attempted to deny my claim siting cosmetic damage per their assessment. Zach came out and did his own assessment and proved structural damage until the honored my claim.
