  I requested a quote on March 24th and did not receive one until April 7th after calling back 3 times for updates, each time being told that I'd hear back the next day. The response for quote I received was that my neighbors had nice siding and I should ask them for help since Martinek & Flynn wouldn't help me, exactly that after being strung along for weeks. They even called a wrong phone number that I have no idea where they obtained. They'll waste your time, you'll have to keep calling to get anywhere with this company.

  DO NOT waste your money with this company. Unimaginably poor work...we’re talking holes the size of baseballs in the siding patched with caulk and then painted over, three inch differences in the trim on side-by-side windows that were supposed to match (after we threw a fit and informed them that the raw two-by-four thrown up on one side to “hide” the difference wasn’t going to fly. They got their trucks stuck in our driveway...I kid you not...they rummaged through the garage to find a gas can to dump on the snow to try to light it on fire to melt it. Trash and cigarette butts left everywhere. We called them back out to try to fix it five separate times, before realizing that the company is a sham, and they don’t HAVE a capable carpenter on their payroll. Steer clear.

  Wouldn't let them fix my dog house. Jacked my house up didn't know how to fix it. Lit my driveway on fire. Lost my check. Left screws, nails, cigarette butts, and trash everywhere. Completely worthless.

  This is our second window purchase form Martinek. The first earned our upmost respect. In short we had a window failure, Bret Martinek was our advocate with the manufacturer through the entire process. Without his efforts the ordeal would have been very frustrating. Ergo, our reason for the second purchase. It, like the first was installed in a timely and professional manner. When a couple of minor issues appeared after installation they were quick to respond, almost like we were their only customer. Additionally, the installation staff were always polite and considerate of our home through out both installations. I've nothing but the highest praise for Martinek, recommending them to any I know searching for their services.

  I used Martinek and Flynn to install a few new windows in my home. Top notch experience all around. The day of install, they arrived on time, replaced all windows agreed to and left my home spotless. The windows are beautiful and energy efficient. Highly recommend.
