  Does not stop roof leaks at all. The product looks fine, but when I purchased their service, I was told that the nails sticking up on my roof was the reason my roof was leaking. I was convinced that this repair would do it. NO it didn't. So the salesman that convinced me to do this was called and told me to get a ROOFER and that he never said it would fix the leak. It started leaking again Dec 30, almost 6 months after service. I told him that I would have got a roofer, using the money I paid him. Do not use this company if you have leaks. Wow, surprising the owner wrote, well he was 100% wrong. His salesperson, Scott specifically said that the raised nails were why I was leaking into the bathroom. The reason he said that, was because I told him I had a roofer come out and lowered 2 of the nails. Scott pointed out multiple nails up on my roof and assured me that it would get rid of the leak as he seen water by a couple of the nails. Whether or not it was on the paperwork, I know that Scott remembers our conversation. Again, its the ONLY reason I did it. What does the owner think I just pulled his company out of the directory and said to come do this. Again, I would have gotten a regular roofer. If it wasn't used for the purchase, why did your sales rep come to my house look at it and say he would have to wait until it rains and come back.

Your roof remains under our 5-year warranty, which we have recently enhanced to include leak-response coverage. If you are still experiencing a seasonal leak, we would be happy to send a senior roofing technician to inspect the issue. If it is related to your shingles or roof seals, he will repair it. If not, he will provide clear guidance on the source of the problem and the best way to resolve it. This offer is not about changing or removing your review. Our goal is simply to take care of the issue with the additional resources and coverage we have added.   Great people didn’t try to upsell me. Roof looks great! I would recommend to anyone! An amazing difference looks like a new roof job with a great warranty. Very professional and cleaned everything up really good. Great Service with good people!

  The two young men from this company were very pleasant and efficient. Ruger explained the work done along with pictures. There were a few repairs that were also done. My roof looked good when they left but I can't wait to see the finished look after drying.
