Sent an email requesting a quote for a metal roof Elliot Chapelo “the General Manager” of Direct Metsl Sales requested my house plans which I sent in on October 21,2025. Didn’t hear from anyone and no one returned my calls. Elliot finally responded to my emails on November 4 2025 his message was “ on holidays and back next Monday”. I have called and left messages and sent another email on November 27, 2025 wondering if I could get a quote. No response…so now I’m reviewing my experience with Direct Metal Sales . It was the worst customer service. Not to mention very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I guess they don’t need the work.

What Metal Roofing and Siding | Direct Metal Sales & Installation says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Metal Roofing and Siding | Direct Metal Sales & Installation. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
