An impressive experience. Mostly because I didn’t realize hiring a contractor meant enrolling in their hands-on homeowner participation, cleanup and damage-repair program. Considerable communication, time, patience and support were required to get the work finished. Cleanup and repairing damage left behind was a surprise bonus that added to the overall cost and personal time investment. This review is based on firsthand experience, not an accidental click. If you’ve already given five stars, you may have lucked out. But I’d be careful giving away those stars unless you know what you’re looking for—or have had an independent inspector confirm that the stars and the workmanship agree.

Hi Brandon, We’d like to clarify one point regarding the scheduling. After working to secure an installation date for your project, we contacted you with an available date, but that date was approved and then declined a few days before installation. That said, we recognize that our communication leading up to that point should have been much better, and we take responsibility for that.

MAG knocked on my door this spring. I knew I needed to get my roof done, so I set up a meeting for a quote even though I had never heard of them. The meeting was fine, the young guy was slightly arrogant and condescending but whatever. Some story about being a “show home” and I had to make a decision in the next 24 hours if I wanted “special pricing”. After some due diligence and some other quotes I decided to use a different company, no harm no foul. Since then, I kid you not, I have received 5+ phone calls from MAG asking about getting my roof done and had at least 6 MAG sales people knock on my door over the last 2 months. I keep telling them I’m not interested and to stop. Who knows how their service / quality / installation is, but man…. they are greasy relentless sales people.

I cannot recommend this company. Communication was poor, and they utilized a third-party team that was highly disorganized and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they caused damage to my property during the process. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The neighbour used these guys, and they dropped a load of tar paper, broken shingles, and roofing nails all over our side of the fence. We have dogs that can come in and out at will, and we were concerned the falling debris would hit one of …

Bought a new truck yesterday and parked it on my street where these guys have been working… only to come out to my truck with a flat tire this morning from one of their screws. Also garbage left in our yard from them. Nice work.

Hi Jake, We’re extremely sorry about the flat tire and poor clean up. We would like to pay for the flat tire and have a team clean up the left over mess on the active job site. If you can please call into our office and ask to speak with Manpreet. 778-375-5557

Our roofing job went quite well - the guys worked very hard and got the job done in less than three days. They let us know what was going to happen when, and answered our questions. The roof looks great and they installed more robust flashing than it previously had. They also did a great job with the cleanup - the area around the house looked better than before they started!

Great company to work with. From Jaicob in sales to the entire installation team we shared friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient team work. Installation was quick and thorough while keeping us informed throughout with verbal reports and pictures of their progress. Always pleasant and at the end of each day the site was inspected and cleaned before leaving. Recommend Mag Roofing to anyone wanting exemplary and professional roofing experience.

Team showed up and worked all day with one short break! Amazing work and excellent clean up. Like they were not even here. Just suddenly had a new roof! Very friendly, polite and professional. Amandeep was easy to communicate with and had all the answers for me. Highly recommend this company.

From the door to door rep, to meeting the sales rep, to installation day, to post-installation - I have never had such wonderful and friendly service. Not to mention installation was done in ONE DAY!! They did a fantastic job. Some other companies don't usually follow up or reply to your inquiries once the job is done but I gotta say, I am super impressed with the staff at Mag Roofing as they replied to to my questions post-installation. Excellent line of communication! Definitely would recommend.

Fabulous job. I have a past working construction and was very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. The foreman conferred with me on every concern of mine and they did the job in good time and cleaned up the entire site each night and upon completion. Thanks to MAG Roofing and the excellent crew.

Could not be more pleased with our crew, the salesmanship and the quality of work done. Loved the “hit-the-pavement” hussle approach that MAG Roofing took, sending their team door to door for that face to face connection with us. Had they not taken this approach, I don’t think we would have been ready to replace our roof just yet (despite being very much needed). This was the key to motivating us to do it at this time. I also want to stress that it was important for onus to hire locally. We appreciated this is a Mission based company. Jesse ensured that we were heard. The crew they sent us showed up on time, were very professional, friendly and hard working. They were very experienced, worked well as a team and were very respectful and tidied up at the end of each day. Could not be happier with our results so far. Our skylight was replaced as well, which was needed and we are very happy about that. Jesse and Patrick explained everything so well for us, they communicated with us throughout the process. They took time to answer any of our questions and gave us an opportunity to discuss any concerns. Despite the fear of not knowing what damage or rot we would find under the 35+ year old shingles, the Team made it a smooth process and overall handled it for us with ease. We would recommend Mag Roofing again in a heartbeat. We are also looking forward to having them handle the replacement of our gutters.

Hasan and his crew did an excellent job on our roof. House looks great. Would highly recommend MAG Roofing. Just wanted to also say that our sales rep Josh did an excellent job in explaining all the details for our roof install. He explained everything in detail so that we would have no surprises in the process. Thanks again Josh.

We are very happy with our new roof. The crew(Erik,Brandon, Isaac, and Eli) were wonderful people to deal with. They were friendly, organized , hard working guys. They kept us in the loop with everything they were doing and answered any questions we had. They took pictures of the roof and took the time to explain everything they had done. We were really impressed with the daily clean ups. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of guys. Great job!! Mag Roofing is lucky to have them. Satisfied customers.

I was very impressed with the salesman who originally came to our house and extremely impressed with the crew who came and installed the roof. They worked very diligently and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I thanked them for their hard work and was happy to shake their hands.
