  The owner of the company sold me a vehicle on Craigslist lied through his teeth and swore absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle turned out to have huge amounts of engine oil leaks and a lot of problems, dealing with court procedures now but would definitely not recommend dealing with this guy in general.

  I did not do a roof for a Tara Timmermans, if you have ANY EVIDENCE of me doing work for you, let me know. I will notify GOOGLE of this slanderous review, which has nothing to do with roofing.   I would like to give him 0 but there is no such option. He is fraud. he came to fixed the roof. I paid the amount. He didn't give the invoice/receipt. I had to show that to the lawyer for house sale. Don't hire him. He was abusive.

  I fixed your roof at 8:30 a.m. and your wife was very happy. She was so thankful of how fast I came, and the repair work done for $250. Then she called 5 times the same day for the receipt. I told her our assistant emails the receipt from head office. The 6th call was from you swearing at me. I have records of all the calls. I understand you don't know how to spell based on your review. And a delayed receipt is not fraud. The receipt will be sent as promised. Just don't call people 6 times in 24 hours. That sir is harrassment. Thank you.

  They used to be good, but not anymore. A few years back, I was sold a refurbished roof. (Some re-shingling where needed, a chemical cleaning, and a 7-year no leak guarentee). This was BEFORE they were purchased by the company that now owns them. One thing in particular was the roofer telling me that small tin plates that had been inserted instead of proper tiles were bad and should be replaced. This is because the tin being hammered up under existing tile can tear the tar paper under the shingles and cause problems. I was happy with that explanation. I recently had a clogged gutter, and having been warned about how crazy slippery ceader roofs can get I decided to pay these guys to come clean the gutters. The people came while i was at work and sent me a email with a quote for how much it would be to repair the roof. I replied with "Oh well it's a good thing i Have my guarantee", and their response was, "Nope not covered". In all fairness, I go, okay, well we'll call this regular maintenance so i went ahead and paid them to repair the roof. When they came down from the roof I noticed some issues, and asked for pictures. They showed me pictures of their tin inserts, and I was a bit shocked. Their response was, it's just fine. A few days go by and the next time it rains i notice the gutters just as clogged as ever. Despite them having charged me for cleaning. I wrote a complaint and got no response. By sheer co-incidence I was working from home and heard noises. They were back (without appointment or approval) on the roof, and they had a power washer. I asked the workers what they were doing, and they said, "we're suppose to clean this corner"... Just the corner i was complaining about. I asked them if they had cleaned the rest of the gutters last time they were here and they said "We were never told to", then i asked why they were here, and they were instructed to go in and out quickly.   Trapa Civet we have the same owner. You are mistaken. Also the shims don't rip the tar paper but get installed above and below layers of cedar. Hence why we have an A+ Rating with the Bbb and your roof is not leaking. Taking advice from a "roofer" with who knows what experience with cedar and stating it as fact is a poor choice. I have been specializing in cedar roofing now for 28 years. The second crew sent to reclean part of the gutters were not the same ones who cleaned them before. I hope you appreciate the fact we resent a crew out to re clean your gutters. My apologies for you not being notified. It is company practice to ALWAYS call before arriving.   Dave Scholtens repaired our roof and guarantee it won't leak for 10 years. A few months after the repair, the roof leaks again. Tried calling him and left messages several times without any reply. Avoid at all cost.

  Ho ho ho you are very mistaken. Your roof is actually a tile roof and it is your mother's home. We would never give a 10 year no leak guarantee on a clean and treat on a tile roof. We mentioned that the leak is from the problem skylights which there are several on the roof. All we did was remiss the roof.   Dave Scholten Born in Hamilton, Ontario. Dave moved to Vancouver, B.C with his family at the age of fifteen. Shortly after the move, he had a near death experience when his father tried to drown him in the creek that ran outside their home. Dave knew he was unsafe living under the roof of his mentally unstable father, and moved out. In 1995 Dave lost his father due to suicide, caused by mental health.
