Metal Roof Canada

The only one or two-star review we hold for Metal Roof Canada.

Terrible service, the people who installed the roof were slow and lazy. The salesman Henri was arrogant and disrespectful. At the end of my first winter with the new metal roof a large chunk of ice fell from my roof that would have killed anyone of my family members had it landed on our heads. After sending the photos to Metal roof Canada they did nothing about it and blamed it on the gutters. However before changing my roof from shingles to a metal roof I never had a death trap waiting to happen. Henri had gone to my home when I wasn’t there and had his team go on my roof to assess the situation after I said not to go on my roof when I wasn’t home, Instead I requested his team assess the situation when I can be there (I have an email exchange to prove it). I asked Henri if this was common practice for their company to trespass on a property when the owner asked him not too? I guess this is what Metal Roof Canada thinks is “acting” professionally.

Thank you for your feedback, though we believe it's important to clarify a few things. The ice buildup you mentioned is due to poor insulation in your home, not the metal roof itself. Without proper insulation, heat escapes, causing ice to form, and this is common in older homes. We explained this during our consultation and recommended steps to address it. Our team, including Henri, acted professionally throughout the project, and we are confident that the installation was completed as agreed. If you'd like to discuss this further, feel free to reach out to us directly. Sincerely, The Metal Roof Canada Team

Amazing work done by these guys! Initially thought of going asphalt, but the look and longevity convinced me of going towards metal. Better investment.
