  Terrible!! They are on the list for fortified Tulsa roof grant but before i picked them i wanted to meet them and talk to them about the program and about filing a insurance claim. I set up an appointment and on the day of the appointment the owner said he was on the way, he never showed so i finally called, he said he was just at my house but i wasnt home so he left. I said that was baloney ive been waiting right here at the door with the door open! Come to find out he went to the wrong house and got up on there roof and inspected it!! Wow! Ok, no problem, everyone makes mistakes i guess, the owner said he would schedule to come back out. Then on a Sunday of all days i get a call from someone else in there office who said they would come out on Thursday i said i really wanted to meet the owner and the owner said he would come back out but OK if he is not available so he said he would be there Thursday. Thats fine, Then on Monday i get a message from the secretary who said they would have to cancel Thursday and cant come until i picked them as a contractor on the grant program Even though both the owner and this other person said they would be here without me having to pick them. Ok whatever, Then after Thursday i figured out three roofing companies and picked them as a roofer and they declined the bid, Just wasted everyone's time from the get go and now the computer wont let me pick someone else, i have to have get it fixed! The computer still shows they gave me a bid though! They gave a stranger a roof inspection not me!

  We certainly appreciate your feedback but feel it lacks the proper context. When you originally inquired we scheduled to come out and see you. We are servicing the entire state of Oklahoma from our Edmond location ONLY for the Strengthen Oklahoma Grant program and our owner, Scott McCollum Sr. traveled to Tulsa to see you at the appointed time. Unfortunately, he had been given the wrong address including St. in the address instead of Tr. You even mentioned this had happened previously with another trade in your conversation with Scott. He explained to you that he had already inspected your roof (the wrong roof) and had rung the doorbell numerous times before leaving. He called you when he left to discover the mistake, but was already headed west for another appointment in Owasso. We set an appointment for Thursday and stated that we needed you to select us as one of your contractors in the OID system because that signifies a level a commitment from you. We reached out to you the day before and the day of your appointment to ensure this was done and it was not. We never received a return phone call. Fast forward a few weeks, we declined your selection of us as your contractor when it came through the system yesterday because we are unable to meet the program timelines for bidding and replacing your roof due to our current backlog. There are a number of approved contractors in the Tulsa market who have told me they currently have the capacity to immediately serve your needs. McRoof.us would rather disappoint you by declining to bid on your project than to disappoint you in the execution of your project. Respectfully,

  We recently completed a roofing project with Scotty and the McRoof team, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We had been dealing with a persistent roof leak that several other companies failed to properly diagnose. Scotty took a different approach—he invested the time to thoroughly walk the roof and fully understand the issue. Ultimately, he identified that the problem was less about the roof itself and more related to how a second-floor deck had been tied into the structure—something others had overlooked entirely. His evaluation was comprehensive, and his estimate reflected that same level of detail and transparency. Scotty clearly explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand and directly connected to the proposed scope of work, which gave me a great deal of confidence going into the project. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. When two additional items arose outside the original scope, Scotty addressed them proactively, explained the situation clearly, and waited for approval before proceeding—something we greatly appreciated. The quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail delivered by Scotty and his team truly set them apart. I would highly recommend McRoof to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, thorough, and high-quality roofing professional.

  McRoof is fantastic! Johnny took lead over multiple projects start to finish, the roofers did an amazing job with the roof and all applicable updates needed. The owner even stopped by to see how the job was going. I would highly recommend!

  Scott and his crew did a fantastic job, had a new fortified roof installed. Guys and gal were friendly and very professional. Cleaned up the entire area and put everything back where it was ,bring on the Spring storms ,we're covered

  We have had a great experience going with McRoof. Everyone involved with the company were helpful and professional, and handled dealing with our insurance company for everything they needed for our claim. No hidden suprises or expenses, everything was upfront and transparent. Having them reroof our home was a good experience.

  We at ACTS29 Solar and Electric have worked with McRoof as partners on a roof replacement where they allowed us to detach and replace the solar system.   2024 UPDATE: We had hail damage to our roof from a storm in April of 2023. A claim was turned into our insurance company and Dustin with McRoof was here when the adjuster inspected the roof. A new roof and decking was put on our home by McRoof last week. The crew was awesome and had the job done in two days. They put tarps down and kept the mess under control up to the minute they left. Great job by a great team! Our roof was not damaged by a storm but was leaking none the less. Scott McCollum came to our rescue. He explained in detail what repair needed to be done. His GREAT CREW came to our home and within a couple of hours had the job done. They actually found shingles that matched our eight year old roof perfectly! The crew was fast, courteous, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Because this didn’t involve an insurance claim we were a little concerned about the price. Scott gave us a more than fair price. We will definitely use McRoof for any future roofing issues. Scott, you have customers for life. Candice O

  A great company to work with. From inspection to clean up everyone did their job in an efficient professional manner. No one likes to go through the hassles of storm damage, but when the necessity arises, these are the people you want by your side to make the process a pleasant experience. I highly recommend McRoof

  I highly recommend McRoof. They were very patient and friendly when going through the process of reviewing my options. They had samples of tiles to compare with the colors in my brick for best look overall. I especially liked that they worked well with my insurance company that has worked with McRoof on many jobs. I never had to contact my advisor during the process. McRoof handled everything. I was only out of pocket for my deductible and upgrades I wanted outside of the necessity. My neighbor had just had McRoof do his roof and so I felt safe to use them over a solicitor at my door. I'm so glad I used McRoof. They are a family owned business and very friendly.
