Kai and his crew reroofed our house. Kai ensured we understood the process/timeline of the re-roofing and was available for questions as needed. The entire team was professional at all times. Once completed they did a thorough job of clean up around our house and checked in with us to confirm we were happy with their work. Our neighbour even commented on the professionalism of the crew. I am pleased to recommend McGuire Roofing.

Kai was willing and able to come to meet me a couple times in order to discuss options and do measurements. He’s caring for a small project of three skylights. Kai and team were punctual for the job. The chosen skylights fit in our roof very well. We look forward for years to enjoying the lights through them!

Kai was prompt with giving us a quote, then arranging a date, and within 7 weeks of my initial call, he and his crew had the roof completed. Our beautiful old Victorian house was a complicated undertaking, with steep pitch, 4 gables and 2 low slope sections. The roof looks amazing as seen in the attached photos. I had 3 quotes given, and McGuire roofing was very competitive in pricing. Communication was excellent throughout. We were given a written outline of what to expect during the work to be undertaken. We were also given timely updates as the work was being completed. Kai and his crew were polite and professional throughout this process. Clean up was carefully undertaken ensuring no loose nails in our driveway. We also greatly appreciated that the eaves trough was cleaned out without us even requesting this. I highly recommend McGuire roofing.
