  We’re very disappointed with our recent experience with Noble Roofing. What was supposed to be a simple call-out to assess a possible leak and the repairs needed to our roof, turned into a nearly $700 bill out of nowhere. They were on site for about 30 minutes, cleared one roof drain, and blew some leaves off the roof. No repairs were done to the roof itself. The drain clearing took about 30 seconds, yet we were charged a flat “roof repair” fee with no prior communication or approval. It took over a week for the owner to address the invoice. He claimed he had informed us of a $650 fee upfront, which is simply not true, and didn’t speak with us directly, instead having his worker call. While the worker was very polite and understanding, the overall experience was quite frustrating. We did eventually agree on a more reasonable fee, but I strongly caution others about the extremely high cost and lack of transparency for a simple call out fee. This was especially disappointing as we were hoping to get a quote for an actual roof repair or replacement, which never happened. Overall just a poor experience.

We felt it was best to share our account of events, as documented by two site technicians (Matt and Mike) and our office staff. Please review the following, as we believe your statements are inaccurate. Our technicians statement of events: Sydney called us for an urgent leak coming through a hallway light fixture. Our minimum fee for long distance repairs was communicated. We drove 45 minutes to a property near Prospect Lake and, in heavy rain and high winds, fixed the issue by reconnecting a slipped/dislodged pipe that was causing backup into the home. We then inspected the roof for any other issues and even cleaned the entire roof as an added service. Total time on site/travel was roughly 4 hours. Despite our clearly stated out-of-service-area emergency repair fees, payment was refused after the leak was stopped and the work was completed. Sydney claimed no charge was expected and that only a quote had been requested. In an effort to resolve the matter and keep Sydney satisfied, we agreed to a $350 settlement. We did not anticipate these inaccurate public statements—customer service means more to us than money. Thank you Noble Roofing Ltd.

  So pleased with Noble! Our roofers wrapped last week. We had an install on a 60 yr flat roof split level, torch on with upgraded drains, new vents, flashing, facing boards and downspouts. Josh was thorough and detailed with our estimate. They were responsive to our questions, and scheduling was quick once we confirmed. The crew were experienced (Matt, Mark and Mike!), and communicative: checked in with each days plan; trouble shot issues with us; patient with our many questions and ensured we understood the work. They were punctual and conscientious (kept a clean work site, cleaned up daily- kind and friendly to our neighbours) skilled, accurate and fast. A great team all around. All this and we have a great safe roof! Recommend without hesitation.

  Excellent work from start to finish! Both Kevin and Roman were very polite, professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. Our roof looks amazing, and they left everything clean afterward. Highly recommend for anyone needing quality roofing work!

  Justin and his team completed a very professional job on our roof. A few days later we had a heavy rainfall and we still had our old leak in the crawlspace. After contacting Noble, Justin promptly showed up. He discovered the cause of the leak, which was a problem with our deck, and repaired it immediately. It was impressive that even though the leak was not related to the new roof, Justin fixed it. Thank you Justin!

  Joshua is an excellent communicator and answered all my questions clearly and promptly. The roofing team completed our roof in just 2 days and did an amazing job with the cleanup. I would book them again in a heartbeat! A+ customer service

  We have a large roof with many difficult angles and a partial flat roof. They did an amazing job in 6 days. One of the workers even came to check their tarps in the evening because he was worried about wind and rain. All the workers were polite and efficient. Clean up was great. We are totally satisfied.

  From meeting with Josh for an estimate on our roof repair, to the crew that came out to do the roof work, I was extremely pleased with Noble Roofing. The roofers themselves were very pleasant and professional. Tarps were put down to catch debris off the roof and a magnet was run around the job site to pick up stray nails. When they were finished our yard looked like they had never been there. Would definitely hire Noble Roofing again.
