We are one of those who have good reason to be very disappointed with M & M Roofing. Back in November 2023, M & M Roofing began re-roofing my friend’s house in Oak Bay but they did not do the flashing around the chimney, and they left a deficit in the roof that causes a leak into my friend's bedroom. She has a tub in her bedroom collecting rain water. Mike Magdalenich said he is really busy, but would get around to rectifying these problems. Yeah, right! Almost 2 years have gone by since then. Winter is once more approaching. We are still waiting. Is M & M Roofing not qualified to do the flashing around chimneys? Beware of this company as it has a pattern of not being able to commit to a set start date or completion schedule! (Because M & M Roofing is really busy.) Beware of paying this company in full until the work is fully completed to your satisfaction. This company is not dependable. My friend’s experience with M & M Roofing is that the company does not fully complete the job contracted for despite my friend paying in full immediately. Sad but true.

This company gets 2 stars only because they gave me a good quote. What good is that if they don't show up? I thought as he would finance this job he was a really nice guy. After being 2 months late I called and said what gives? I had …

Mike and his crew just replaced my 25 year old roof and skylight in View Royal. He answered all my questions prior to and during the job. Even brought me full shingle sheet samples beforehand to choose from. Roof looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company.

Mike and his team at M&M replaced our roof in Cadboro Bay, this past November. Throughout the process, Mike was extremely helpful in answering our many questions: providing product information, addresses where different shingle colours could be seen, the installation process, etc. The installation was completed very efficiently over two days, including new plywood. The site was maintained in a neat condition during the job, and left in great shape afterwards. All in all, we are delighted with the result. We found Mike via a personal recommendation, and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others in turn,

I would happily recommend Mike for any roofing needs. I went through many roofing providers who didn't show up or weren't interested in competing with other quotes. Mike showed up when promised, completed the work in a few days, on budget and was easy to work with through the entire project.

Maintenance Starts Before a Leak Appears A metal roof doesn’t need to be leaking before it receives professional attention. Weather exposure, fallen debris, drainage concerns, and wear around flashing or roof transitions can develop gradually without creating an immediate indoor sign. Our team can inspect the roofing surface, valleys, edges, ventilation components, and areas where different sections meet. Identifying changes early may allow suitable maintenance or repair work to be completed before the concern spreads. Routine evaluation also gives property owners a clearer understanding of the roof’s current condition instead of waiting for visible water damage to appear 🔍. Arrange a metal roof inspection before small changes grow. #langfordmetalroofmaintenance #sidneyroofinspection #victoriaroofrepair Aug 11, 2026Call now
