  Dear tenant, First we would like to clarify that you did not hire our company, the homeowner did, who is a repeat customer. The truck in the driveway is a standard practice during the roofing process as are other factors. All of these factors are listed and communicated during the signing of the contract. We are sorry that as a tenant you were not fully informed of this process. Had we known you needed further access during this time we would have made sure you had ample room to access the garage. We have been in business for over 30 years and continue to do so because we do care about our customers, their property and their roof.   We had multiple jobs done by them on our roof. Ive had to have them come back on every job. On the last job , they actually had to come back out 5 times and still could not do it correctly. They actually caused more damage to the roof than when they started. I had to get a lawyer to contact them, to finally get them to pay for another roofing company to come fix what they could not. Horrible experience.

  Very rude , try to call to schedule a estimate for my roof , trying to be nice the girl on the phone cut me shortly we are busy this is very poor business, feel bad for the owner she is pushing out the client for him..

  Called about a roof that was done by them and they said it’s only warranty for 5 years and maybe the singles failed and would have to deal with the manufacture on my own then hung up on because I told them they should help with the warranty since that was there supplier.

  We were left in a bind from another roofer, and McCullers Roofing helped fix our problem. They finished our metal roof installation, and it looks amazing. I cannot thank them enough.

  These guys are recommended my friends at Stone Crafters decorative precast Stone company, they're honest with a lady friend of mine that was quoted a whole new roofs that she needed $10,000 and these guys At McCullers told6 her so I need a small patch repaired and it was only twelve or thirteen hundred dollars total. Very honest

  We just had our condo roof completely redone by McCullers Roofing. Dan and Chris were outstanding! They had the knowledge, the expertise and smooth methods and operations to get our roof done quickly even with bad and cold weather. Their crews were fantastic and hardworking.   I highly recommend McCullers Roofing. They are honest, ethical, communicative and dependable. They really helped us out of a serious and complicated issue. We had contracted another roofer to install our new metal roof, and he took our money and ran after only completing around 30%. McCullers turned up, immediately priced the job to finish, and even mediated with the contractor who abandoned us to try to get the materials we had paid for up front. The finished job looks fantastic, and the crew worked dawn till dusk all week to get it over the line for us.

  I interviewed five companies. I chose this one because they seemed to have the best price and quality materials. The workers did exceptional work. There were a couple of minor issues with scheduling confusion and the truck was left in my driveway overnight. I had to contact the company to come get it. But that was a minor inconvenience. The part that really upset me was that they upcharged for the wood replacement by over 100%. This was not communicated before the work was done. After completion, I got the bill and it was $3000 more than was quoted. I investigated the charge per plank of wood and this company robbed me. So I would not recommend however I know in the future to specifically ask how much a company charges per plank.

  Unfortunately I was not able to respond to this at the time of your posting but, do want to clarify a few items. You were, as all of our customers are made aware, there are additional charges for wood. It was explained and is clearly present in two places on the contract you signed along with the pricing for this wood. If you had an issue with the wood pricing we wish you would have discussed this prior to signing. Your wood was: 8 sheets of plywood, 2 included. 70' of CEDAR 1x6 which is well above regular wood pricing, 40' of 2x4. Totalling $1,380, Not $3,000.00. At the time these were the prices reflecting materials and the labor to install. I have gone through all of our conversations which have all been positive on both ends so not understanding the negativity. If you have expressed that to your sales rep at the time, we apologize. He is no longer with us so cannot discuss. We have been in business for over 30 years and have done so because of our quality of work along with our customer service so it is unfortunate for the negative and false comments as these strongly affect a company. As always, regardless of this, we do value your business.

  I picked Dan for a roof replacement for my new house and I am highly impressed not only with his quality of work but also with his communication throughout the project. He is a very nice person and gives you a great piece of mind all the time. He was able to replace the entire roof within 3 days with great quality! Highly recommended.
