  I called McCuiston roofing for a repair estimate. They sent an employee who would not go into the attic or up a ladder to analyze the situation. The employee headed to the truck and I approached the truck to ask why he was leaving without providing an estimate. He claimed over and over to not understand his boss. I called the boss. HE claimed that the wrong person was sent out to size up the job and that all jobs would cost a baseline of $489.00 for repair. I then asked again why his employee was being directed to not analyze the situation. The "boss" said he didn't like my tone. I said "I am trying to understand why you are turning down the job." He hemmed and hawed and then I said "Well, do you think you would have time to estimate the job yourself?" after seeing that he was becoming more cooperative. He said "Yes." Then I said, "Well, I will have to reject you because you were rude in sizing up my tone." Then, as I was on the phone in the house with another roofing company, the employee remained in my driveway and had not started his truck to leave. I finished the phone call and went to the driveway and insisted that he leave because his boss had claimed that he had other "repairs" to go to. This was ridiculous. To treat a potential customer with such disrespect, then loiter on my property only for me to have to become insistent that the company get on their way is awful. The owner's attempt to make me feel like my "tone" was the reason he wasn't interested in the job (at first) but his employee never knew what his boss wanted him to do indicates bigger problems at that business.

  Unfortunately, in error, I sent a repairman out instead of a salesman. I offered to come out and estimate it but I was unable to that late in the day due to being on another call. I explained what had happened but was unable to make amends. At that point I felt it was best to decline going any further.

  Not friendly and they dont do repair work for metal roofs

  We do not work on metal roofs. Our teams are not equipped to work on metal roofs. We explained this during the phone call. Not really sure why we were rated on a service we do not offer.

  I had 5 shingles that came loose on our roof. I called McCuiston roofing company and spoke to a really nice helpful lady who was sincerely concerned, she took our information, and the very next morning at 7:20am a gentleman arrived to do the repair, it took about 45 minutes and he was done. Most times it’s difficult to find someone to come out to make a minor repair, but McCuiston Roofing was right there for us, and we highly appreciate them for caring, and providing such a quick response.

  Very pleased!! Craftsmanship was top notch and the clean up afterwords was amazing! The job site crew from foreman to laborer was outstanding! Very happy and impressed with the whole experience! I’d recommend McCuiston Roofing to anyone and everyone!

  McCuiston’s roofing team was quick, courteous, efficient from start to finish. They got my roof done on schedule and cleaned up well. I am very satisfied with their service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a roofing contractor. Excellent service from office call, to the person doing the estimate, to the installers. Everyone was helpful and did their job well.

  McCuiston Roofing in Murray did a fantastic job for us. They are hard-working, kept everything clean, and got the job done in one day. They tore off the old roof and replaced everything with new including the wind turbines. They also cleaned out the gutters. We highly recommend McCuiston Roofing. Darrin and his crew were great!

  These guys are the best. Super professional and on time! I have had the pleasure of working with them now on three occasions. A total roof replacement, soffit metal covering installation, and an urgent repair. Most recently I awoke to a leaking roof due to a limb puncturing a hole. After calling them they had responded within 30 mins of the call and had the repairs taken care of with the hour. Their crew did happen to be in the area, but even if they had not have been they would have made the effort of treating the job with priority. On another occasion I had massive storm damage on a rental property roof. It needed a total replacement. They arrived the day of the call and damage, put a tarp over the roof to prevent further damage and started on the project the same week. They are fast, deliver a quality service, neat and reasonably priced. My go to roofer in the future for sure.
