  I had them coming patch a spot on the roof it leaked within the first week they came back they said that they fixed that and it continued to leak when I reached out to them they said repairs are not guaranteed but they would take what I already paid off replacing the whole roof when I asked for a quotes with that I just got blank estimates and when I reached out to tell somebody that my roof was still leaking they informed me that they are not guaranteed but did not inform me that before I paid them even though the price was reasonable I lost $575 for nothing it didn't even stop leaking one day and to get in contact with somebody is like impossible the owners on vacation and the lady who answers the phone will just say sorry not guaranteed okay but in the contract it says for 2 years I wouldn't recommend them for a repair

We always strive to be clear and transparent with our customers, so we’d like to address a few points and hopefully find a resolution. When your project was first discussed, we inspected the property and found that both roofs were over 30 years old and in very poor condition. We provided a detailed estimate for both areas, but at your request, the bid was separated so only the smaller, lower-cost garage repair was completed. This repair was specifically for the front wall area of the garage, as noted in the proposal. Weeks later, we were contacted about leaks that were in different locations from the original repair area. Even though these were unrelated to the initial repair, we returned at no cost to address them. After that visit, the leaks stopped and payment was made. About a month later, you informed us that one of the unrelated problem areas was leaking again — this spot is located in a large low area of the roof that we had previously discussed needing a more extensive solution (such as a roof drain or full replacement). We offered to credit the amount you paid for the original repair toward a full roof replacement, providing an estimate with payment arrangement options. Unfortunately, we never heard back. We value every customer and would still like the opportunity to work with you toward a long-term solution that fits your budget and stops the ongoing issues.   Their customer representative Justin Cates came out, did the roof inspection, emailed my estimate, has been very diligent about being sure I understood everything my insurance was going to do or not do. Customer service goes along way. Will edit and add photos later.

  We used Mayfield to install sun tubes in our home. They did a great job. The sun tubes deliver great sunlight to what was once a pretty dark room.

  mayfield Roofing reroofed my business and my house when we had the horrible hail storm several years ago. Van, was very gracious to work with. Their men were very respectful and hard workers. They have been more then helpful even several years later. I would recommend their company if you need roofing done
