This roof replacement was so seamless! Outstanding service all around from the whole team. They arrived on schedule, Nick and the team communicated every step of the way, and completed the job cleanly and quickly. The fact that it was finished in one day was truly remarkable I was so impressed. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new roof in the area!

Nick and his team did a great job replacing my roof and gutters! He was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection and analysis of my property after storm damage. His drone photos and overall platform was impressive. He helped me through the entire process of working with the insurance company making it seamless and stress free. The crew was hardworking and made sure to protect my property during demo and install by covering my yard and garden with tarps. I highly recommend Matter Roofing & Construction!

We redid part of our kitchen because the layout just didn’t work and the lighting was terrible at night. Matter Construction showed up when scheduled, walked through a couple layout options, and kept things within what we had budgeted. We were still cooking in the house the whole time so timing really mattered. They cleaned up at the end of each day and didn’t leave dust everywhere. Communication stayed steady and the process didn’t drag out.

Company did a wonderful job on our roof. It was an insurance claim and Nate Gilpin helped throughout the whole process. He was attentive and responsive to all my concerns/needs. He answered every question I had as this was my first time having an insurance claim on my house. I was told they would be out between 7-8am. They got here promptly at 7 and finished by 11am. I would 100% use this company again for future work.

Our deck had some rot near the stairs and felt sketchy after a few storms. Matter Roofing & Construction showed up on time, pointed out what actually needed fixing, and worked around the weather instead of pushing it off. We were trying to keep costs under control, which they were pretty upfront about from the start. They cleaned up each day and didn’t leave scraps or nails around.

Our deck boards near the stairs were starting to rot and feel soft. We needed it fixed before spring and Matter was on it right away. Weather pushed things back a day, but they showed up when they said they would and didn’t rush the job. Cleanup was amazing, which mattered since the deck is right off our kitchen. I would consider this one of the best all around jobs I have had done at my house.

  Reply from the business

Thank you for the kind review, Makin. We're glad we could repair the rotting deck boards in time for spring and that our team kept the schedule despite the weather. It means a lot to hear the crew took their time on the job and left the area spotless, especially with the deck so close to your kitchen. We appreciate you calling this one of the best jobs you've had done and look forward to helping with any future projects.

Had Matter Construction out after a storm when we noticed a small leak near the attic. They showed up when they said they would and explained what actually needed to be fixed vs. what could wait. Weather pushed the schedule around a bit, but they kept us updated and didn’t disappear. The crew cleaned up nails and debris before leaving, which I appreciated since we have kids running around. Overall Great experience.
