Very poor communication. Didn’t have any back steps for 7 weeks. Didn’t talk to me about my options for color or design. I had to ask for what options do i have. First set of steps had to be torn down and replaced. They missed the needed …

Set up an appointment to get an estimate for some minor roof repairs. Two hours after the scheduled appointment I had to call to find out why no one had showed up. They said they were either busy or had forgotten and would send someone later that day. This person did arrive and looked at the roof and said I would have an estimate in a day or two. Eight days later and still nothing so I had to call to find where the estimate was. They appeared to have forgotten and weren't even sure which person had been to my house for the estimate. They promised I would receive the estimate that same day. That was five days ago. At this point I am giving up and will find a different company that conducts itself in a professional manner.

After getting 5 local estimates and speaking to my publisher with Harco-City Lifestyle magazine in Harford County MD, I was informed of a honest, licensed contractor Apex Roofing and Exteriors. I called Andy (owner) who came out on our schedules time to see what was my wife and I were looking for. I explained all the other quotes which we had received and said if this is something we can both agree on, I will contract you to do the work. My bathroom is original from 1984 and starting to have leaks and finally needed to be replaced. Andy provided me with the timely quote which we my wife and I agreed on. During the process, from keeping us posted on our bathroom order, arrival, installation and professionalism from workers and cleanliness, we could not be any happier on the completed work. We have had multiple issues in the past and with contractors but are very happy with the job. We will now be using Apex in the future for any other "Home" projects. We HIGHLY recommend Apex Roofing and Exteriors and more!! Thank you again Andy and team!

Apex roofing did an awesome job in an extremely tight timeframe for us on our investment property! We called Andy and in less than a week he had an estimate, and had the roof done...It was a great crew who cleaned up and were very professional. We highly suggest giving APEX a call for your roofing consideration!

The Apex Team was fantastic! They were able to install 1,100 sqft of new flooring and paint our family room in less than a week! We were so pleased with the quality work and beautiful results. Not our first time hiring Apex and won't be our last. Thanks again!

We had a great experience with Apex. Andy came out quickly to assess our needs, worked with us on pricing, and got a crew out quickly to replace our roof (set up to clean up was about 24 hours- they brought materials in the afternoon so that they could get right to work the next morning). After installation, I spoke with Andy about my concerns about a roof leak we had right before the replacement, and he personally went up into my attic right then to take a look around and check for water damage. Talk about great service!
