  I specifically picked this roofing company because of the reviews. When I spoke to Marie, the woman who answered the phone, I explained we had a previous contractor who was dragging their feet because they were hoping our insurance company would pay for a full roof replacement when all we had were missing shingles. I also explained it had been over 30 days and we just wanted the roof repaired and WE ALREADY HAD THE MONEY FROM ALLSTATE. Prior to the gentleman coming to the home, I also sent the estimate from Allstate that detailed the work that needed to be done per the roofing inspection Allstate performed. The young man came out, flew his little drone, and said he would email the CONTRACT that night because it was easy work to do. I even let him know the shingles were no longer in production, but as long as they had a close match, we would be good. When he didn’t email that night, nor call or email the next day, I emailed Marie. The representative called this morning and said, “The reason why it took so long is because I wanted to look into you getting an appraisal.” When I inquired why do I need an appraisal, he stated, “Because you’re entitled to it per your insurance policy. If two appraisers agree on the value you can get a new roof. It can take 1-2 months though.” I then stated all we want is the roof to be repaired. He then stated, “I don’t think we will be able to do the repair PROPERLY.” Sir, if you cannot do a proper repair, why in the world would I want you to replace my roof???? Make it make sense. Then when I called the office and explained what just occurred over the phone, the whole tone was different from when I made the appointment. My frustration with this entire situation is it was known ahead of time what was needed. There was ample time for the company to say they were not interested in doing the work because the $1,887 was not a great enough of a financial reward. I could have respected that.   Would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not use this company. They make false claims that repairs are covered by insurance when in fact they are not. They do not check before proceeding with the repair and then you are stuck fronting the bill. Then they contact you crying about a past due payment when no one has even contacted you in 8+ months. What a waste.

  We had a great experience with Excel roofing company..We called to get an estimate for a new roof and Will came to our house in 2 days and gave us the estimate on the spot..We did reach out to a few other companies for estimates also,but they were higher in price, gave us the run around and some never answered our calls so we called Will again, he answered our call promptly and set up a date for the installation of the new roof..He sent his crew out, which were a nice group of very hardworking guys and they started first thing in the morning and didn't leave until almost 7pm ..they only took 1 very short break after a long days work on the hot roof and came back the next morning to finish up a few things and clean up and in the end we have a good, new roof, gutters and down spouts which look and work great! If you are in need of a roof or any of their other services we highly recommend them..A big thank you to Will and the crew for a job well done

  Will was very personable and professional. Thanks for coming out to check and repair the leak in my roof. Roof under warranty so there was no charge.

  We bought our home after the roof had already been done by Excel Roofing, so I reached out through the warranty with a question/concern. The front office was super helpful, and Will reached out to me directly really quickly. I thought I saw missing shingles, but Will took the time to explain what I was looking at and reassured me everything was good. I really appreciated the quick response and the fact that they were very quick and willing to send someone. Great customer service and very kind/helpful all around.

  The final results are great, the materials couldn’t be delivered the day before but that morning they were unloaded and those guys went to work. The longest day but they knocked out a great roof. Some discarded materials have been cleaned up around the house since the work was done but overall very pleased.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Informative initial visit that offered new options and money-saving advice; quick follow up from Ben & Will along the way, and a well coordinated professional crew that showed care & thoughtful solutions along the way. Highly recommended!!

  We regret nothing. We had to replace an aging roof and Excel was the perfect choice. The crew was fantastic. The roof looks amazing and after the job was completed the crew did a very thorough clean up.
