  Hi Larah, We appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify the situation. We did not perform any work on your property. Our team was hired by your next-door neighbor, who was extremely pleased with the roofing work we completed. At no point were we contracted by you, nor did we enter or work on your property. Regarding the claim that debris from our work affected your home and landscaping: our crews use standard industry practices, including controlled clean-up with blowers, and we take every reasonable step to contain materials within the job site. We found no evidence of debris crossing property lines in a way that caused the kind of impact described, and no other neighbors expressed similar concerns. Additionally, we have reviewed our internal records and call logs. No member of our team made any promises of service to you, nor do the descriptions of the phone conversations match our documentation or recordings. We always aim to treat every caller with respect, even in difficult situations, and we regret if your experience felt otherwise. We are proud of our reputation in the community and remain committed to integrity, professionalism, and high-quality work.   Too busy to even come out to provide a quote. Referred by a neighbor and I was excited to try them. So glad they apparently have plenty of work.

  We replaced the roof and they had to remove the 3 first checking to see if there was any termites, but only found dead ones. The team were able to complete and cleaned up after themselves throughout the process. I would recommend them and did mention that he had placed the previous roof 27 years ago.

  John & Wendy F. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof. Ron, Juan and crew are timely and courteous. They discovered problems when removing 2 old layers of roof, they made quick, thorough repairs and then replaced the entire roof on schedule We highly recommend Martin Roofing!

  Martin Roofing is an excellent company. I highly recommend their work. They continually communicate with the homeowner regarding the process and time frame leading to completion of the work. And they are on time!
