  I am very disappointed with my experience with GreatWay Roofing. During my negotiations with one of their representatives, I was under the clear impression that I would be receiving a CertainTeed Presidential Shake TL roof system, which is a much higher-end and significantly more expensive roofing product with an expected lifespan of around 40–50 years. Instead, the final agreement that was later presented for signature listed CertainTeed Landmark TL shingles, which, although made by the same manufacturer and having a somewhat similar name, is a considerably lower-tier product with a shorter expected lifespan of approximately 25–30 years and less labor-intensive installation requirements. To explain my disappointment simply: it feels similar to expecting a Cadillac but receiving a Chevy instead — same manufacturer, very different product. I had already obtained bids from other contractors and suppliers for Presidential Shake TL, and based on those bids, I could have had the actual Presidential Shake TL roof installed for approximately $18,000 with another company. Instead, I paid GreatWay Roofing $18,650, additionally paid for some roofing materials out of pocket separately, and still ended up with a lower-quality roofing product than what I expected and believed I was negotiating for. One of the owners, Matt, did make an effort to address my concerns and gain my satisfaction, and I do appreciate his attention to the matter. However, it is difficult for me to move past the fact that I believed I was paying for and receiving a much more premium roofing system than what was ultimately installed. Although the roof installation itself appears acceptable, my dissatisfaction is mainly with the difference between what I believed I negotiated for and the lower-quality product that was ultimately included in the signed agreement.

  No respone to my scheduled date. Called back and got rescheduled another ten days out. Bad communication and service.

  Greatway arrived to do my roof. Tear down in a half day. Arrived the next day to install. Done by 3pm. During the demo they laid plywood on the drive way and place sheets of plywood in front of the garage door. They laid tarps all around the house and also covered all our plants. Everything was spotless when they left. Tony from Greatway and his crew Rrived at seven and began prepping the roof for the inspector. Once they got the go ahead they worked and completed the installation. Great job to Tony and the team for a job well done. And a big shout out to Austin for making this job so seemless

  We just got our roof done by Greatway Roofing, and they did a great job! They also replaced some fascia boards that needed to be replaced. Matt and Sean were very helpful and on top of things.

  I LOVE Tim at Gateway Roofing! We just put our home in Dos Vientos up for sale and the recent heavy rains revealed a leak from our 2nd level into the garage. Tim walked the roof and discovered a sock and old rag that were blocking the dryer Vent. He cleared the way. Verified there was No roof damage. He will be my "Go To guy" for anything roof related forever more!. I highly recommend Gateway Roofing. Thanks Tim

  YES, there is perfection from a service company!! Our home is 40 years of age, was due for a tile reset. From our first inspection, and initial estimate. My wife and I knew we were in good hands. Price and procedural process was established. Job was scheduled. Moving forward through 3 plus days and the job was completed. What was actually a textbook process, at the end of each work day, you never knew the crew was there. The end of day, cleanup each day was so meticulous, total area around our home was spotless. Finished product was perfection, all the details carefully finished. So if your home needs any roofing repair/replacement, make no mistake, contact Greatway Roofing.   We are very happy with the roofing work done by GreatWay roofing. The estimator and workers were very professional and skilled. The work was completed on time and with very little additional cost for replacement of rotted boards. I would definitely recommend GreatWay.

  GreatWay Roofing did an excellent job reroofing my home and garage. They communicated consistently about project scheduling and answered all of my questions quickly.   My experience with GreatWay was perfect. Everything went so smooth as promised and the job turned out amazing. Tim and the crew were communicative throughout the job and were patient with us as we struggled to commit to a color for our job.
