I've tried to reach this company by phone and have only gotten recorded messages. I leave my phone number and name and have gotten only one call back All she did was take my address and said she would call back. That's been 3 days ago and I've called twice since No response!

Customer service is really bad; when you have a problem they are not returning there calls. When it is a sales call they will call you back.

Hi Sixten, I am sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with us. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service and quality work. We have checked through all of our records and can't seem to find the service we provided to you. This is strange because as a local company, we tend to know all our clients. We would like to speak more with you about this situation, and do what we can to correct anything that is not up to our standards. If you're open to speaking more about your experience, we'd love to give you a call. As always, please feel free to reach us at (805) 390-1792 or at contact@allclimateroofing.com. Sincerely, Lucy Petri (Vice President)
