My wife and i own a building that gets photographed almost every day, so keeping the roof in good shape really matters. It had a flat roof that looked fine at first, but it was leaking. I compared four licensed roofing contractors and chose company: Martin & Sons Roof Repair. The price was not the lowest, but they were easy to talk with, explained the roofing system clearly, and offered more complete work to help make the flat roof watertight and long lasting. They finished the job on time, did exactly what they promised, and we are very pleased with the results. The old flat roof was replaced with a fiberglass base sheet and then covered with a 60 mil TPO membrane. The installation was done to manufacturer specs, the crew kept the work area clean, and the whole roofing process was handled in a professional way. Since this is a visible property, i appreciated that they paid attention not only to leak repair but also to clean workmanship and proper detail work around the roof surface. After strong wind, heavy rain, and hot weather, the roof has held up very well with no leaks at all. I also had nathan do a maintenance check on another roof that had some past leak issues. He completed preventive roofing repairs, checked problem areas, and so far that roof is performing well too. As someone who owns several properties, I think it is smart to stay ahead on roof maintenance and get recommended repairs done before storm season. Based on my experience, this would be my first choice for flat roof repair, roof replacement, and ongoing roofing maintenance.

We hired company: Martin & Sons Roof Repair for a full roofing project, including a roof replacement, new gutters, and siding repair. We are very happy with the excellent service and the strong quality of the workmanship. nathan prepared the quote quickly, and it came in much lower than another estimate we received, which made the whole process even better. He got the job scheduled fast and kept us updated through each step, from materials delivery to the final cleanup. The crews were professional, courteous, and very careful with the property. They worked efficiently, kept the area neat, and made sure the roofing and exterior work was done right. jaime also answered questions clearly and helped us understand the timeline and what to expect. The finished roof looks great, the gutters were installed well, and the siding repairs really improved the outside of our home. we appreciated how smooth the project felt from start to finish, and i would highly recommend them for roofing and related exterior work.

We have trusted Martin & Sons Roof Repair for many years, and they have always been responsive, professional, and skilled. Nathan and Duane know how to handle slate roofing the right way, which is important because this type of roof needs careful repair and regular maintenance. Not many roofers have the experience to work on slate shingles and flashing with this level of detail, but they do excellent work every time. They are thorough, honest, and quick to respond when a roofing emergency comes up, and they never leave you waiting. It is hard to find dependable roof repair and expert roof care like this, which is why I highly recommend them and would not choose anyone else.

Our roof was around 30 years old and had storm damage, so we got quotes from two roofing contractors and picked this one. Nathan was our main contact from the start and always replied quickly whenever we had questions. He helped work through the insurance process and made sure everything needed for the claim and roof replacement was handled the right way. He explained the roofing options clearly, including shingles, warranty coverage, and what would be best for our home, which made the decision much easier. Jaime was also very helpful on install day and made sure the roofing work stayed on track. We got updates throughout the day, and the crew showed up as scheduled and worked hard to complete the job. They finished the roof replacement in a timely manner, and the cleanup was handled thoroughly afterward. Another crew returned to remove debris and check carefully for loose nails and screws around the property, which we really appreciated. We strongly recommend this roofing company for several reasons: excellent communication, strong work ethic, on-time service, friendly and professional people, and high-quality shingles backed by a solid warranty. They made the whole roof repair and replacement process smooth and stress-free.

Great roofing team. They completed an 800 sq ft shop roof at my home and the workmanship was excellent. They also installed metal awnings around the pool house, and they turned out great. More recently, they handled a roof inspection and replaced one of our commercial office roofs in Dickinson. The whole process was smooth from the insurance claim through the final installation. Nathan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with the entire time. They explained options clearly, showed strong attention to detail, and made sure everything was done right for our property. If you need roofing work, from a simple repair to a more complex roofing project, they are a solid choice and I would gladly recommend them.

I highly recommend Martin & Sons Roof Repair. After a long day of heavy rain in Dickinson, a roof drain got packed with leaves, so the water had nowhere to flow and started leaking inside through the skylight and recessed lights. It was a stressful mess, and I was calling around trying to find a roofer fast. Duane and Jaime arrived quickly, were friendly, professional, and knew exactly how to handle the issue. They cleared the clogged drain, checked the surrounding roofing area, and made sure the immediate leak problem was under control. They also explained what likely caused the backup and what to watch for during future storms. The crew followed up the next day and set a return visit to inspect everything again and make sure the roof drainage system was working right. Great service, strong communication, and an awesome roofing team.

Our roof has not given us many problems since we bought the house, even though the home is over 20 years old. Jaime came out to inspect it and check for any storm or wind damage. He was very honest and explained that the roofing system looked solid and there was no weather damage at that time. He also returned later to help us figure out whether a leak issue inside the home was coming from the roof. After a careful inspection, he let us know the source was not related to the roof. We appreciated that he took the time to check everything thoroughly, including the shingles, flashing, and other key areas, and gave us clear answers. Both visits were free, professional, and handled with real honesty. It is hard to find a roofer who is that straightforward and helpful. When we need any roof repair, maintenance, or a full roofing service in Dickinson, he will be the first person we call.
