  This was an unfortunate coincidence. Marriott’s investigated after this incident and determined a severe wind storm was the cause of the damage. We advised the homeowner to call their insurance company and the insurance company also found the wind to be the cause and compensated the homeowner accordingly. We never want to leave a negative impression with a homeowner, but in this case the damage was not in our control.

  Chris and team showed up early (which is basically unheard of) and were unpacked and ready to go by the time they were supposed to arrive. The team was super easy going and worked quickly. Chris was onsite for the initial teardown and numerous issues were discovered. Instead of just replacing the roof we discussed options and solutions for issues we didn’t even know we had. Chris and team were more than happy to answer the myriad of questions I had and made me feel very secure about the roof / solution they installed. They also did some work on the shed with the same care and professionalism they had for the roof. After the job was done the team scoured the lawn and surroundings and cleaned up any debris and nails. They also set up wood sheets and tarps so no damage was done to our property. Great work and great experience. Would give them 6 stars if I could!

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Chris and his team. I called about a roof leak, and they were quick to respond—scoping out the issue and returning the very next day with matching shingles to get it fixed. Everyone on the team was friendly and easy to deal with, turning a stressful situation into one of relief and appreciation. I’m so thankful for Chris and his crew!

  Our roof was well past its best before date. Chris came to our home. Explained in great detail what he and his crew would do at a very reasonable price. They showed up and got right at it. These guys are amazing! Hard working, polite. Can't say enough about them or the finished product. Thanks again to Chris and his crew. Paul.

  Pleasure from quote to finish. Chris walked us through the estimate making great recommendations as we needed previous raccoon deterrents reinstalled after new shingles installed. Workmen were professional, experienced and cared about ours and surrounding properties. Chris even went out of his way to cut branches that were growing too close to the new roof. Too bad we can only give 5 stars!
