The driver of the company owner jumped in my van out of traffic completely illegal and almost made me crash into him which could end up very badly. Reckless driving and risking people’s life with their unethical actions!! People like this will always be an issue to work with please save yourself some time and money and give your work to someone else who does it ethically. Kids were so scared off braking so hard not to crush and they kept crying until we got home. No one has rights to risk lives at any cost!!

Had one of their guys in his pickup truck fully force his way alongside me to cut me off. Would have just driven his truck fully into the side of mine if I didn’t stop.

New torch on roof didn’t last a year without leaking

Terrible experience. Did not complete all repairs. Hired another company to complete the repairs. Will never recommend.

Job was done completely. There was alternative way to complete repair which cost them extra. They didn’t choose that way to pay extra.Review was done before now using another id to rip down our repo.

Marks Roofing did a great job replacing our roof with high quality shingles including the gutters. Despite the challenges with weather condition and heavy rain, the team continued the project with safety and cautious making sure the rain will not affect our home. I definitely recommend Sukhi and his team. They are professional, respectful and thorough. Providing daily updates and keep u in the look during the project. The final result was great and they provided us with final review and 10 years warranty for the new roof. Definitely will refer family and friends

Is your roof ready for Metro Vancouver’s fall rain? Before the wetter season begins, homeowners should check for damaged or lifted asphalt shingles, worn flashing around chimneys and roof penetrations, debris in roof valleys, and blocked gutters or downspouts. These components work together to move water away from the roof and home. Identifying visible wear or drainage problems before prolonged rainfall can help determine whether maintenance or roof repair is needed. Need a roof inspection before the rainy season?
