The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Maresca Exteriors. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Mike is extremely professional and has great pricing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have their roof done. Ours was very old and in need of a lot of repairs. He and his team did an amazing job.

Maresca Exteriors replaced my roof and replaced some damaged fascia. The crew was friendly, clean, and professional. The owner, Michael, was also very friendly and professional. The job was completed on time and the final price was in accordance with the written estimate. I highly recommend Maresca Exteriors.

Mike was the only one who would touch my roof since it was flat. His price was great , his crew worked great together they did it in one day and after they left you'd never know they were here. No mess left behind. I've recommend Maresco roofing to others and they have been very pleased as well. He is a man with integrity. Thanks Mike it's been a pleasure doing business with you and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

What Maresca Exteriors says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Their site also states: states years in business, states a founding year.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Maresca Exteriors. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
