  I had rotted wood around my chimney after they put on a roof. They would not check to see if I had an active water leak without charging me and said all charges would be my responsibility if there was a leak. They do not stand behind their work and their operations manager (Matt) was so rude. He even hung up the phone while I was pleading with him to at least split the charges with me. Never use Malone Roofing.

Additionally, we thoroughly checked the interior ceilings and soffit below the area and found zero evidence of active leaks or water intrusion. Our standard process during roof replacements is to retain sound decking to save homeowners unnecessary costs, as replacement is only required when wood is structurally compromised or actively leaking.   Giving them one star seems like too much. They also left our roof exposed to heavy rain which flooded our building. Students lost months worth of their thesis projects. When the company was called, they complained about having to clean it up and that it ruined their Sunday afternoon. Try having 4 months of work ruined by a roofing company.

  Anna, We are so sorry that our plumbing subcontractor left a no hub connection loose during the rain storm. Our subcontractors insurance paid for the losses, but it still doesn't bring back thesis projects. Again, we remain sorry for those losses years ago, and I am sure the roofers frustration was due to the fact they were cleaning up a mess they didn't make.   Everyone was very helpful through the whole process from talking to the insurance company with me to picking out the materials.The crew had my roof done in 1 day including clean up great job!!im Happy to report no leaks!

  If you're on the fence about what roofer to use and are reading this review, go ahead and hire Malone. They were my first quote and surprisingly ended up being the cheapest quote. (I don't use someone just because they are the cheapest but Malone happened to be.) Robbie came out to my house within the week of me calling and told me I had hail/wind damage. I filed a claim with my insurance and Robbie coordinated with the adjuster to meet a few days later to look at the roof together. Though my roof was 18 years old, they helped me get money from my insurance to help pay for a new one. Malone had a crew out about 2 weeks later (weather kept them from coming sooner) on a Thursday morning and they went to work. They had about 8 people on my roof working and 2 people on the ground cleaning up debris as it came off. They worked until dark and though they didn't finish, they were back the next morning and finished before noon. The next day, Robbie and the crew manager came to make sure everything looked good and that I was pleased with results. They also both took turns walking around the house with magnets to pick up any nails the crew had missed. I recommend Malone for your roofing projects. Robbie was easy to communicate with. He answered every time as soon as I called or texted.

  Malone Roofing did a wonderful job replacing my shingles. Also they really helped with getting the most money out of my insurance company, my appreciation goes out to Jeremy and Lauren for great job.

  We are very happy with the Malone Roofing service. They performed a great quality work in replacing our roof damaged due to Hail storm. The workers did a good job not only while working but also cleaning up after the work is done. Lance was very friendly and did help us with all the process to complete this project which made our job more easy. I would strongly recommend Malone Roofing to others.

  We've used Malone Roofing twice and are very happy with the service. They are fast, efficient, professional and perform quality work. Between jobs they have come back at our request to inspect the roof for possible storm damage and never charged us for it. We would not hesitate to recommend Malone Roofing to others.
