Mike at M&M Exterior came out to take a look at our roof two years ago and it seems to be working well….they apparently damaged the rain gutters on the west side of the house and never told anyone and every time it rains it overflows extremely bad….. Mike and his crew also did a new trex back deck… we paid for new posts and for a wider deck… his crew told me that they couldn’t do the new posts and the wider deck cuz they didn’t have enough materials yet they changed us for a bigger deck and new posts…on top of that I had to pay someone to haul all the old deck and didn’t put the electrical lights back in place just left them on the ground…. There are many trex boards that have been slit by the screws….. I have tried several times to have them fixed the problem Mike just tells me it’s not his fault and it was done two years ago and the so called warranty that was promised doesn’t apply anymore….. so I am out of the extra money for a bigger deck and new posts and poor quality. What a scam by M&M Exterior Contractors

M & M roofing were efficient. They were on time. It only took them two days and they cleaned up all their mess when they left. I feel like the company is trying real hard to maintain and sustain a good roofing business.

**UTAH WEATHER IS PUTTING ROOFS TO THE TEST AGAIN.** If you heard hail hitting the windows today, saw branches moving hard in the wind, or watched another summer storm roll across the mountains, your roof was experiencing that same weather from the most exposed part of your home. Today, storms across portions of the Salt Lake Valley were capable of producing winds around **50 mph and hail up to half an inch in diameter**. Later, severe storms over Tooele and Box Elder counties intensified enough for warnings of **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail**—conditions capable of damaging roofs, siding, trees and vehicles. And similar storms were already moving through northern Utah yesterday. That matters because storm damage isn't always dramatic. A shingle doesn't have to disappear for a roof to be affected. Hail can damage the protective surface. Wind can loosen or lift shingles. Flashing and vents can take impacts. And sometimes the first visible sign inside your home doesn't appear until much later. If your neighborhood experienced hail or strong winds, don't try to determine the condition of your roof from the driveway. **Have someone actually inspect it.** Maldonado Roof Co. provides **FREE professional roof inspections**, including photos and documentation of what we find. If storm damage is present and an insurance claim becomes necessary, we can also help you understand how to get that process started. If everything looks good, you get peace of mind. 7 hours ago
