Very unprofessional people that answer the phone and just hang up when they read their services and they don't hear one of them. Pretty sure they are just outsourced call agents from the Phillipines or something and are trained to hang up and not patch you through to anyone in the actual company. Completely useless and don't understand what you're saying.

Never showed up to the 9-11 window and never called to cancel or reschedule. Do not use this company, very unprofessional.

I reached out to this roofing company asking to speak with their purchasing manager this morning and because I wasn’t requesting roofing services, I was Rudely and Unprofessionally hung up on. I understand they might not be interested in my call. But Kindness, and Courtesy goes a long way. If this is how their secretaries treat people that call them for the first time, imagine how they would treat a paying client. Just from this terrible phone experience I would never use, or refer their services to any of the contacts I have. Whoever owns this company should counsel these (2) secretaries on Phone Etiquette. Because they will not make any New Business with how interact with the General Public.

I am so glad I chose Magic Roofing Construction Pro for my complete roof replacement! From the beginning their customer service and communication were phenomenal. I was scheduled for a few months out and was pleasantly surprised when they called and said they had an sooner opening. The crew arrived on time, were courteous and clean, and worked at a speed I can only imagine comes from years of skill and working as a team. A day and half later my roof was complete! They left my property cleaner than I expected. After interviewing other companies, I am so glad I chose Magic Roofing Construction Pro for my project. They didn't hound me for a decision like other companies. Their paperwork is clear and concise. Thank you for a job well done!

I called them after noticing missing shingles, and they had someone out within 24 hours to patch things up. Super efficient and didn’t try to push unnecessary work.
