  “WATCH OUT YOUR POCKET” I called for a repair estimate service and the lady answered the phone said not charged go out for estimate, then have guy get the repair done without any agreement made, sent me a sky-high bill for a small pieces of metal replaced for 8 hours labors on the invoice, they denied everything what they said after it.

  They are by far the WORST company EVER that takes advantage of elderly people! They are disgusting by charging according to how many workers come out to do absolutely nothing, yet claim they did something. Who ever heard of such a thing?! They did SQUAT, yet charged $350 for nothing! I highly suggest NOT using this company, unless you like being taken advantage of and charged up the yang for doing absolutely nothing. Plain and simple.

  Hello Aly, I assume you are referring to the squirrel holes we blocked at your mother's house last year. As you may or may not be aware, your mother reached out to us complaining that squirrels had chewed their way into her attic space and were chewing through her ceiling. We informed her that she should hire an exterminator to remove the rodents prior us sealing any holes. She later informed us that she did hire an exterminator and the rodents were removed. With her permission, we went to her house and sealed the holes created by the squirrels and re-fastened a loose chimney cap. She later complained that squirrels were still stuck in her attic space and requested that we remove them. We again informed her that we were not a pest removal company and she should again reach out to an exterminator to address her squirrel issue. We do send our staff out to repairs in teams of two for safety reasons. We GPS track our vehicles and we take before and after photos of our repairs. We've already offered the reports and photo documentation to your mother and will happily provide them to you as well if you'd like. We were not aware that you or your mother were looking for pro bono or donated work on her house.

  Contacted company at least 4 times via their online form and via phone requesting a quote on a roofing job. Was continually told that someone would get back to me. No one ever did. If they didn't need the business, they could have said so.

  The terrific crews from Macri Roofing have just finished installing a gorgeous metal roof on our 1950s cape! From the beginning of the process everyone at Macri has been just great. This is our first experience with a metal roof, and they were so good at explaining the functioning of the roof itself and the logistics of its installation. The crews were meticulous in the process, and great at the clean-up every day. I’ve already handed out a lot of Macri business cards to neighbors stopping by to ask about who put on our impressive new roof. We are so grateful for their work and feel great to know that we have a roof rated for 90 mph winds, that lowers our heating/cooling costs, that will NEVER get an ice dam, and should last 80 years. We’d recommend Macri to everyone looking for as much satisfaction as we’ve experienced.

  This company gave us a very reasonable quote for our commercial building. They arrived when we were told they would and kept the disruption to our tenants to a minimum. We are very pleased with the work done and I would highly recommend them.

  Macri Roofing did a great job with the roofs at Accel International. They were responsive and thorough with their communication. Our team is very happy with the results. We would highly recommend this company.

  The Bradley Home in Meriden, CT found itself in need of a replacement for its slate roof which had been in service for 80 years. The members of the Building and Ground Committee contacted Macri Roofing, and after a series of planning meetings decided that this was the group to undertake the roofing project. The project began in April of 2016 and will be completed in the next week or so. This was a massive undertaking on a beautiful buidling. The team at Macri was wonderful to work with from day one. I highly recommend this group if you are in need of a new roofing system. The Bradley Home roof was a very large project with considerable detail. The team met with our team once a week for an hour and was very professional and kept us informed of all matters of progress. There were few change orders needed.
