  Absolutely terrible company. Hired them to do massive repairs in our condo complex. Instead they created more problems. Fixed nothing and now we have to hire additional companies to fix all their mistakes. Problems range from incorrect installation of chimneys, to not putting nails into the shingles. We have inspections through three different companies showing gross negligence. And the list continues on. Never do work with this company. They can't manage their people. Can't hire people who even speak English and then complain about it.

  Avoid. I live in a condo neighborhood. I'm not sure there is anything they did on our project that doesn't have to be redone. Almost all of the roofs they installed are already leaking. Chimneys caps were installed improperly and subsequently caused water to make it's way into people's furnaces. The whole place looks like it's falling apart. The work is done fast and sloppily with huge crews that no one could ever supervise, with long periods of nothing, making you wonder just what is going on. I see alot of good reviews on here. I'm not sure what changed but the company is not what it was if that's the case.

  So many things wrong. The chimney problems are frightening because 17 units were asked to make sure their CO detectors were functioning before turning furnaces on. It will likely take a month or two to get the chimneys Nanfito damaged repaired. 87 needs to be redone. Nanfito crews deliberately damaged vents to speed up roofing. We have reason to believe Nanfito was aware of this all along. A small sampling is shown in the photo. Becht Engineering had oversight responsibility on many of the buildings, were very expensive, and missed everything. All 16 roofs need to be replaced. Siding is buckling and even falling off all over the complex. A GAF rep was called in to inspect roofs about 1/2 way through and advised the corrections taking place were normal and everything is fine...not to worry. We cannot recommend Nanfito, Becht, nor GAF.

  Nanfito Roofing and Becht Engineering delivered dangerously poor work on our condo project. Vents were left unconnected or venting into attics, chimneys exposed to weather, and makeshift fixes created leak, fire, and carbon monoxide risks. Sixteen brand-new roofs already need replacement, framing was redone, siding is failing, and warranties are now in doubt. If you’re considering these companies, be extremely cautious: hire your own inspector, demand strict contract terms, and do not assume oversight or warranties will protect you. Our costly experience shows how easily corners can be cut at the customer’s expense. Perhaps single family homes is in their wheelhouse. Larger projects - multi-unit - seem to be outside their wheelhouse.

  Incompetent and dishonest - no accountability or professionalism. The roofs began leaking immediately due to the unskilled labor this company uses. Do not use them! I would have left zero stars however I cannot post this review without leaving at least one.

  Beyond disappointed.. I live in a condo in Enfield. We are all paying on a 3.5 million dollar condo loan. This company came in and has done such a poor job, we had to fire them. Examples are roofs that they did are currently being completely torn off and are being redone. The new Roof in my condo is already leaking and I have water damage (so much for a warrantee). Different crew almost everyday. I think I speak for all the residents when I say we are beyond angry! Nanfito, you need to step up and do the right thing! You know what the inspectors have said. For God sakes, the new siding you put up on our buildings is already falling off in some places.. Why?? Why would you do a job like this and refuse to do the right thing? This is not the only property you have done this to. Do better!! Stand by your work and do it with pride. I am now living in a condo community with half done construction.. It looks like hell. I will not get into every detail of what you are being called out for. But you know you owe us better. And you know you need to make this right.

  Complete disaster. Have your work inspected thoroughly before writing a check to these guys. Limited to what I can say but check Quarry Village, Cheshire and Wallingford Housing Authority for references before hiring these guys. Becht Engineering vetted these guys for us and had oversight responsibility for much of this project. They missed everything. I'm willing to share inspection reports with any condo entertaining bids from Nanfito.

  My new window is beautiful! Installer Luis and PM Xavier did a fabulous job. Luis did an excellent job with finishing and clean up and Xavier was very helpful as I talked to him about our gutter installation last yr. It was a pleasure to meet them both. Nanfrito installations of our gutters last year and window today have been great experiences.

  Absolutely outstanding. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgable and answered my questions directly. Someone was out to see about the roof leak the day after I called! The technician was extremely kind and addressed the immediate problem so that it won't get worse before the proper repair happens.

  I had the pleasure of working with Walter from Nanfito roofing along with project manager Xavier. The entire crew did a wonderful job. They did great work the roof looks amazing, Xavier was always providing me with updates and the crew was very respectful with cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Nanfito roofing.

  We had some serious hail come through in 2024 that left our vinyl siding looking like Swiss cheese—dents and small cracks everywhere. I was worried we’d have to replace the whole side of the house, which wasn't in the budget. I called V. Nanfito because I knew they were local and had seen their trucks in the neighborhood for years. Walter came out to do the inspection and was great. He actually got up there to look for 'bruising' that I hadn't even noticed, which he said could lead to leaks later on. He walked me through the insurance claim process, which was a huge help since I’d never done one before. The crew was led by Emery, and they were incredibly efficient. They managed to match the color of our 10-year-old siding perfectly, so you can't even tell where the new panels start. They also fixed a few loose pieces near the roofline that were causing drafts. What really impressed me was the cleanup. Siding scraps can be sharp, but they combed through the grass and made sure everything was picked up. It’s a relief to have the house looking solid again. Highly recommend them for any storm damage work!

  We had our house resided because of wind damage. They started on a Monday and were finished by Thursday. We had a minor issue and they responded the same day and took care of it. Very professional. We highly recommend V.Nanfito!!
