Hi Alexandra, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We truly appreciate your trust in Julio and the Prime Roofing team, not only for your roof replacement after the storm damage, but also for calling us back for your gutter and downspout project in Seymour. It means a lot to know that our support throughout the insurance claim process made things easier for you. Our goal is always to make sure homeowners feel informed, protected, and confident from the first inspection through the final cleanup. We are glad we were able to help document the damage properly, coordinate with the adjuster, and guide you through each step. We also appreciate you trusting us again with the gutter improvements, downspout rerouting, and MicroGuard Gutter Guard installation. Protecting your home, foundation, and landscaping with the right water management solution is very important, and we are happy to hear the system is already making a noticeable difference. Most importantly, thank you for recognizing the crew’s hard work, respect for your property, cleanliness, and efficiency. That is exactly the type of experience we work hard to provide on every project. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with you and your family on both projects, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. It has been a pleasure serving you in Seymour, CT, and we will always be here whenever you need us. - The Prime Roofing Team
