This guy Alex came to my house to give me estimate. He took off my siding and started making holes with his fingers to see what is behind. He didnt tell me or even give me a heads up because I would have said dont do that. Than he gives me a quote for $27,500. Also he didn't even explain the work that was going to be done or what steps they need to make. He just kept trying to up sell me you n need a new roof, you need new gutters. This guy was aggressive and rude and didnt even tell me because if he was going to do that I would have told him no dont make holes in my insulation. I had 5 other contractors come by and they nicely looked behind the siding but not this guy. I will not be doing any business with them. Alex was rude didnt even apologize. Not to mention we had an appointment yesterday and he never showed up or even called to let me know he was not coming. Very unprofessional.

I highly recommend M Anthony Construction for roofing, siding, and exterior renovations! From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with. They worked directly with my insurance company on my roofing project, which made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. Beyond the roof, they completely transformed the exterior of my home. They did my siding and gutters beautifully, replaced my doors, and also replaced several windows. I had a very specific aesthetic and vision in mind, and they truly brought it to life. The owner took the time to have multiple phone calls and in-person meetings with me to go over every detail. He really listened to what I wanted, but also offered suggestions and ideas along the way that made the finished result look even better than I had envisioned. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They are true perfectionists and clearly take tremendous pride in their work. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and hardworking. I was also extremely impressed with the cleanup. After such a large exterior project, they left everything incredibly clean and organized. I could not be happier with how my home turned out. The transformation is beautiful, and I have been getting so many compliments on it! M Anthony Construction exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, or exterior work.

My new roof has exceeded my expectations. Before I made my payments, the company's owner came to see the completed work, which is unique with contractors. M's primary concern is the quality of the job and client satisfaction. The team …

As a licensed Realtor in the Riverdale area, I see a lot of construction work — and I know the difference between a crew that cuts corners and one that does the job right. M Anthony’s Construction Inc is the real deal. They just completed a full roof replacement on my three-family home in Riverdale in three days flat. Every last shingle was stripped and replaced with Timberline HDZ shingles, and the transformation is night and day — the house looks absolutely sharp. For a job of that scope, the turnaround was impressive without ever feeling rushed. Alex, the owner, kept communication tight from start to finish. I always knew where the project stood, and his crew was professional, respectful of the property, and clearly knew what they were doing. No surprises, no drama. What sealed it for me? The final invoice matched the estimate to the dollar. In this business, that kind of integrity speaks volumes. I’d recommend M Anthony’s Construction without hesitation to anyone who needs a new roof — neighbors, clients, or fellow property owners. These guys earn the five stars.

Alex and his crew did a tear down of my very old roof and replaced it, all in sub-freezing temperatures. The crew did a beautiful job and cleaned up thoroughly. Very pleased with the whole process and the price was completely reasonable.
