  This company was hired by myself and my mother to apply Uniflex 44 Silicone Elastimeric Sealant on our Aluminum Patio Roof. M&M provides a 2 year warranty on their workmanship. We hired them for the job, with the information that was provided to us. However, shortly after the job was completed we received 7 inches of snow fall, damaging our Aluminum roof. I contacted my representative Payton Walker, from M&M Roofing and was advised that Uniflex 44 Sealant did not warrantee this damage. I learned by researching this product myself that M&M Roofing had not properly prepared my Aluminum roof per Uniflex 44 Product Data Sheet. Strictly stating that the seems are to be sealed with Uniflex Sealant pryor to the Elastimeric coating is applied. My 1st problem with M&M Roofing is that the 1st crew consenting of 1 guy to my home to apply Uniflex Silicone Elastimeric Sealant didn't even show up with A Ladder to get onto my roof! He ask if I had a ladder! The 2nd problem I have is that my mother and I were NEVER provided nor advised of a separate warranty from Uniflex. After a very heated phone call between myself, Payton Walker and his pompous, incredibly rude and disrespectful Supervisor, M&M Roofing refused to make any repairs. M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows can not be trusted! They hire incompetent personnel and they very Obviously do not provide all of the proper WARRANTY INFORMATION, nor do they follow proper procedures of the materials they use. Unfortunately, for myself ( Disabled Veteran) and my 80 year old mother, this was a $4,000 hard lesson learned. Do yourself a favor, save your money and pass on ever hiring M&M ROOFING, Siding and Windows. They'll gladly take your money, and lie through their teeth straight to your face. I'm sure M&M will immediately jump on here and bash me and my review. But I still have all of the documents and emails.

  I appreciate the opportunity to address the recent client review. Our company has been in operation since 1982—43 years—and our longevity is a testament to our commitment to honesty with our customers and our diligence in addressing any labor defects, contrary to what the client suggests. In April 2024, we applied a coating to the client's patio roof. When a leak occurred shortly thereafter, we promptly recoated the entire roof to ensure its integrity. Following this, the roof withstood numerous heavy rains without incident until a significant winter storm deposited 7 inches of snow, which caused damage. Upon inspection, we confirmed that the patio cover was indeed damaged by the weight of the snow. The panels were bowed at the seams and leaking. We concluded that replacing the panels was necessary, and the client informed us of their intention to file a claim with their insurance company, which we concurred was the appropriate course of action.

  I asked for someone to come out to look at problems with my new roof that were pointed out to me by another roofer who was not doing that work anymore. I gave pictures and they came out. Their response: “go with the other guy”. I told them that wasn’t possible and I wanted them to help me get the roof fixed. No response. I dont understand why they are so highly rated when they won’t help someone asking for their help. They are not truthful that they told me they didn’t want to get involved. No one from their company told me this. They took all my information including pictures I had about the roof job… Even came out and looked for themselves. The Young man said he would talk it over to someone else at the company. I followed up later and all they said was go with the guy who identified the problem. I told them the situation up front before they came to inspect the roof. If they weren’t going to get involved then they should’ve told me over the phone when I first called

  This reviewer reached out to our company to have her roof inspected. Our representative arrived for the appointment and learned that she wanted to use our company to help resolve a conflict with another roofer. She was informed by our representative that our company has a policy about not getting involved with conflicts between homeowners and other roofers. The reviewer states that she had "no response" from our company which is false, we did respond and clearly explained to her that we were not interested in any way getting involved in this situation. Our company has been in business for over forty years and as this reviewer points out we have a great reputation and an awesome reviews from our customers It is unfortunate that this reviewer got as she claims, a bad job! We see it every day. If anyone should get a bad review it should be the contractor that did the bad job, not us. We never even did work for this client.   I hired M and M Roofing to repair a leak in my living room area, and an area over my porch where water just sits. I have called on several occasions to resolve the problem , no one seems to be taking responsibility.🫤This is unfair and the problem is still not resolved all I want is for my roof to be repaired before further damage. The job was originally done late 2021 and I have been calling since mid 2022, and recent. Roof continues to leak, “it’s worse”. This is why I hired them to prevent this from happening. 🙁🥲 After 1 or even 2 years of finishing a roof job, I should not be experiencing any type of leak. My ceiling looked nothing like this when M and M Roofing begin the work, it was a very small patch and my sole reason for calling.

  We took on a job to replace the flat roof over the entryway to the home. It had a second story patio that sat on it. We had to dismantle the patio and to replace the flat roof and apply a coating. The job was contracted in May of 2021 and completed in June of 2021. Our warranty expired after 1 year and it was clearly marked on the contract. This flat roof replacement did not have any documented issues until October of 2022. The warranty had expired in June 2022 and we did some courtesy repairs at their area of concern. But there was not a leak reported at that time. Our next documented call was to report that the roof was leaking after they had been power washing in May of 2023, almost one full year after the warranty had expired. I was scheduled to meet the homeowner at the property on June 13 2023 and they called to let us know they would be late and we asked them to reschedule for June 19 2023. I arrived and explained that the warranty had expired. I performed a water test to identify where the water was coming from and it was not the roof and that I could give them an estimate for an investigative scope of work. I also gave them a pointer of some things they could try to prevent any further leaking. They called back several days later and were insistent that it was a warranty issue and I reminded them that the warranty had expired. I am shocked that this homeowner would write a complaint that says we have not been responsive. We have been responsive but have not conceded to do work that is outside of our contractual obligations. Our customer system is very robust and we are able to provide documentation if needed.

  Quick response for inspection and was given a good detailed report by Steve. Unfortunately all communication was ignored when trying to reach back out for estimate on how much to complete the job.

  This sorry excuse fror a company took advantage of my parents that are 75 years old, the bid they gave to do 1 section of there roof after the TPC blast was $6000 and they demanded over $120000 when they were done took less than two days of laying around the yard. Shame on you.

  During the demo portion of this job, we uncovered sub-par framing that would not allow us to obtain a TDI Windstorm Certificate. The original agreement was to replace up to 14 broken rafters, all required plywood decking and new roof covering on the left slope of the roof for $6379. It was explained to the homeowner that if the scope doubled that the price will likely double. In the end we discovered that we not only had to replace additional rafters but the ridge beam was inadequate. This required that we remove all of the plywood, replace the ridge beam and all rafters before we could re-shingle the left slope of their roof that was included in the project. We were very clear with the homeowners regarding the additional cost. Our representative recommended the homeowner to contact the TPC explosion insurance company to get a supplement for the additional work and they refused. We presented them with a final invoice for $12,379 and payment was made in full. After business hours we received a phone call from their son demanding the check be returned which was done the very next day. There were some deficiencies with the spacing of the rafters that they wanted redone. We obliged and re-worked the entire expanded scope of the job and settled the job for $8450, paid in full. We did not take advantage of anyone. We had to make sure that the job was done right and would pass TDI requirements. Our company stands by the work that we do and we always communicate with the homeowners when additional costs are identified as soon as possible for approval.   From my initial meeting with Payton and his colleague I was almost as excited as he was. He answered all my questions.. without hesitation. He knew what he was talking about and he stood on his companies name and reputation. Doing my due diligence I got 2 other proposals and hands down Payton’s confidence in his company and guarantee that if any thing happened they would be there to assess and fix any issue if it were to occur as far as the workmanship and roof itself . The roofers worked through extremely hot days and various other issues and did a phenomenal job. I will recommend and stand by this company .. the employees and their craftsmanship.. 100% If you need any roof repairs.. talk to Payton and his team of amazing roofers..

  Peyton was wonderful throught the entire process. He met with the insurance adjuster, prepared a great bid, followed up and communicated through each step of the process. His team even cleaned up all of the debris and made sure our WPI8 came in before finishing up with us!

  We had M&M roofing come out and replace part of our heat damaged siding on my daughter's trailer. Bad weather got them behind a little but they kept me posted. Once the weather cleared up they came out and finished the job in a half day. They were quick and efficient and the place was left clean. The color choice was my choice and my daughter loved the darker color better. Will definitely use them again
