They scheduled the estimator to come between 4 and 5 pm. The estimator called around 4 to discuss what we would be looking at on the house and rescheduled for 6pm. Around 7pm sends me pictures of a flat tire and tell me they won't make it that day. I gave her two options sunday or Monday worked for me and she told me either one worked for her also. Tried reaching out sunday morning because she never responded to which day she prefered and still have not heard from her or the company. My guess is since i was not looking for a total roof replacement they weren't going to waste thier time, just mine

So very sorry Mr. Mullins. I ended up wrecking my truck that day and busting two rims. My truck was in the shop over the weekend and into the early week. I attempted to call you the next day, and I no one answered the phone. I called you … More

It started off with a Professional quote excellent response then insurance approved it and then the roof installed which looks good. But my low rating is for what came after. Also included in the repair was any damaged fascia boards or soffit was to be replaced. If there was a short cut to be taken they did it. The fascia and soffit repair was terrible not all the bad spots were removed along with the fitting of the soffit. I was also told that there would be ground cover so no nails would be on the ground plus they would run a magnet over everything at the end of the job just to make sure. When I went to look at the completed job there was nails everywhere at least 50-100 possibly more it was terrible. So I called it in and she was gonna have them run a magnet. I went back the nails were still there. She finally came out and did it herself. Then I went back and picked up some more after all that. Then I waited on a WINDSTORM INSPECTION which I never received till this day😡. I have been given every excuse why she can’t get me one. So if you are looking for a good Roof Install or Repair with Windstorm Inspection and no nails all over the place. I Recommend you to not use this Company!

I had an on-site meeting with this company twice and they never showed up. They rarely answer the phone, and don’t call back. Horrible service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.5 Stars Beautiful ECO Forest Gloss Bamboo Flooring – Highly Recommend! I recently hired American Roofing and Construction to install ECO Forest bamboo flooring with a gloss finish, and I’m really happy with the results. The flooring looks beautiful — the gloss finish gives it a nice shine, the color is great, and it has completely brightened up the space. It feels premium and high-quality. I’ve been impressed with how durable it is, while still being quiet underfoot. It’s also very easy to clean, which is a big plus. The whole process went smoothly. The install was fast and professional, and the value for the money was excellent. The bamboo has a nice eco-friendly feel that I really appreciate. Overall, the final result exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend American Roofing and Construction and ECO Forest bamboo flooring to anyone looking for beautiful, sustainable, and practical flooring.

My roof was leaking near my fireplace and patio, so I hired Elizabeth and her company to replace the entire roof. Unfortunately, after spending all that time and money, the problem still has not been resolved. With all the rain we've been getting in Texas lately, I've discovered that the areas near my fireplace and patio are still leaking. This is extremely disappointing because the whole purpose of replacing the roof was to fix these issues. At this point, I feel like I spent a significant amount of money and went through a major project for nothing, since the original leaks remain. I would like this issue addressed and corrected as soon as possible.

I strongly recommend American Roofing & Construction. We had three different roofing companies come out to give us bids, and found out that those other companies were going to use subcontractor's to actually re-roof our home and install new gutters. But American Roofing & Construction uses its own employees and the company owner actually comes out and supervises the job. We had our entire roof replaced, numerous new sheets of decking, vent pipe lead covers, new vents, drip edge, and 6" gutters throughout the full perimeter of the house replaced. American Roofing & Construction prices were very competitive and having their own employees and the company owner overseeing the project really made our roof replacement project a great job. I cannot say enough good things about owners Elizabeth and Matt. American Roofing & Construction is a really nice company. At completion they sent an engineer to inspect the completed roof replacement and an Engineers Texas Windstorm Certificate is forthcoming. It was very refreshing to see American Roofing & Construction and the owners Elizabeth and Matt's great business integrity. Update

This company has done several jobs for us over the years, we wouldn’t think of going with anyone else. They are prompt, professional, went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company. I’m not sure if there’s anything they can’t do if it is roofing or construction related.

American Roofing did a great job patching my roof. They give great attention to details, even uncovering some additional issues with my home and then made needed repairs. They even pressure washed my home. And the job was completed quickly. They are great people to work with!
