  The flat roof was replaced through the association longhorn community management they hired costal roofing The job done over 1 year ago was patched mostly brown and then when they ran out used red as per Austin. Over one year to get this fixed and when they did last week yes it was brown but not the same color brown and cut it in sloppy, looks patched not like the rest. I will be calling the office again.

  A roof repair was performed by Cory at Coastal Roofing, and shortly after he left it started leaking, and every time we receive heavy rains, it continues to leak. I paid $2,500 for the repair and was told that the slingers were warranted for 20 years, materials and workmanship. Obviously, this is still under warranty, but the company doesn’t appear to warranty their own work. The existing roof was installed in 2015. The repair by Coastal is about three years old. Again, tge shingles used are warranted 20 years, and the installer (Cory) should warranty his workmanship. I hired Coastal because they were the only roofing company I knew of and I want my money to stay in Lumberton.

  Called for two days straight. Promises of a call back. I did finally get a call back, stated they would be out the next day. Nope, called two times today to see what the delay was, she forgot. I am sorry, but this not how you conduct business. Call someone else!!!

  We hired Coastal roofing to replace our roof. The crew they sent were beyond disrespectful. Both front and back yards were covered in trash. Not only with roofing trash but with their lunch trash and water bottles. They damaged 2 gates, landscaping, and our internet line. They refused to pay for the damage they caused except for the internet line. They attempted to fix one of the gates but it still doesn't work well.They continually left my dog's gate open letting them out after being asked numerous times not to. The new roof passed an inspection and that is the only reason they get 2 stars. I will not recommend them.

  EVERYONE AT COASTAL HAS BEEN AWESOME. FROM THE SALES MAN, ALEC SONNIER AND THE FRONT DESK LADY, SANDIE AND ALEC DAD- JERRY AND THE WHOLE CREW THAT CAME OUT AND DID OUR ROOF AND SHED WERE GREAT!!   I'm delighted with my new roof. Alec met with me, gave me an estimate - very reasonable compared to other estimates. My crew was led by Luis - very professional and mindful of my individual needs (little dogs that needed to go out in the backyard) and cleanup was amazing. My roof looks great and I feel like I've added value to my property. The crew was very organized - I was impressed. Even the owner, Jerry, checked on the job. If I ever need another roof in SE Texas, I'll call these guys.

  Coastal did and awesome job reroofing my house.the materials and service were excellent. They showed up on time and excellent manpower to get the job done correctly and quickly. They picked all the nails and shingles when they finished. looks really good

  I left a bad review last summer, I retract that review and want to leave a new review. The fact is that coastal is a great company and the go to for new roofs or roof repair. I had the wrong roof on my back porch and they came out and installed a new one. Also did a small job on the side. I was having a bad week and regret leave such a horrible review.

  I recently used Coastal Roofing for a full roof replacement on one of our client’s homes, and they did a beautiful job! Austin is so kind, professional, and easy to work with, and his crew is top-notch. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and the finished product looks amazing.   Excellent work. A very difficult project which they completed in Excellent time. Everyone works very well and the completed project is Excellent. Alec Sonnier the project manager is fantastic. Knows the business and was on the roof with the crew several plus times inspecting work. We highly recommend Coastal Roofing.
