Well if you're planning to use High and Tight roof /remodel, Don't! They definitely tried to pull the ole bait and switch on me. Came out, looked at my home (twice) and sent over a quote for the work to be performed, and then the day before starting the work tried to change it up stating it was misquoted and would be an additional 2-3k for the work that was outlined. We had a signed contract by both parties that stated the work activity and refused to honor it. They openly admitted they were in the wrong and messed up. It was clearly asked and documented before signing anything what the cost would all cover so there is no way it was confusion or a misunderstanding. Long story short stay clear of High and Tight there's definitely some shady business going on with them.

The RUDEST company I've ever been in contact with! Jan 13th, I received a text from Cody about a roof bid I had requested a week or so prior. I explained that I'd already received several bids and had chosen a roofer already and unless he …

Needed a sealant on back portion of tin roof. Company advised there is a minimum charge of $1,000 for repairing a roof. I was taught something is better than nothing.

  Reply from the business

Hi Brenda, I'm sorry we weren't able to take care of your repair. With our current workload we don't have the resources or manpower to handle all of the small repairs right now. This is why we have a $1000 minimum at this time. We try to be open and honest with all of our customers and mention it on the initial phone call. Sometimes the small repairs may be best suited for Handyman services. If you would like, we could provide some reliable options. Feel free to call the office again and we'd be happy to help.

I have had High and Tight roofing out to my house two times now and both times have exceeded my expectations. Communication with the scheduling staff has been friendly and efficient with both text and phone calls. The price has always been fair and the work done quickly and good quality, even with follow up pictures of completed work. The roof inspection report I received was extremely detailed complete with pictures. My roof is very steep so that was not an easy task at all! I will continue to use Hight and Tight for all of our roofing needs as I feel their service and pricing can’t be beat!

10/10 experience. Lauren Abshire with High and tight roofing helped me navigate the insurance process, worked with me on pricing, materials and was quick to respond to any and all questions I had. I felt informed during every step of the process. Couldn’t recommend Lauren and her team more. The entire job including clean up was roughly 1 day and half.

Highly Recommend High & Tight Roofing, they did an amazing job on our roof, the crew worked hard all day and got it done right the first time. Lauren and James made the whole process smooth and they were great to deal with. They did such a great job that the next day my neighbor from down the street came over and asked us about our roof, they ended up doing her roof a few days later. Thank you.
