  If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. All I wanted was an estimate for demolition and rebuilding my back deck. A gentleman came down to take the measurements In October 2025 and I still have not received my estimate I called their main office and a woman told me Mr. Kevin Diaz would return my call that week And I have been waiting three weeks now for him to return my calls with an estimate. Truly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced Since then, I have received several estimates from several different people to put in a new deck and it took them a day to get back to me Honestly, very disappointed in everything they represent. If they were not interested in doing the job, they should just tell me.

  Realtor recommended him for a estimate and he said he was to busy and wont do inspection for me the buyer unless I pay him 200.00. So said no thank you and hung up. Even if deal works out won't use him for his unprofessional attitude on phone said he don't have time and won't go for us.

  First of all, you need to get your facts straight Tammy. You called me from an out of state number saying you were an investor that wanted a roof inspection of a property you were considering purchasing. That is an inspection and not an estimate request. I told you I charge $200 for an inspection and that if I ended up getting the job I would take the $200 off of the cost of the job. Once you heard the inspection wasn’t free you told me you were not interested. I told you no problem at all and then the call ended. I hate as a business owner, someone can just come on Google and leave false information. Hopefully this is a warning to any companies that get a call from Tammy to beware. Next time get your facts straight before you decide to go on Google and try to smear someone’s name. Andrew (owner) M&J Roofing and Home Improvements

  I cannot say enough about our experience with M&J Roofing!! Andy worked with us with a very difficult insurance adjuster. The experience and quality of their work was outstanding. I highly recommend them for any roofing or home improvement needs

  Andy & his team were fantastic. I was referred by a friend of a friend & he came same day I talked to him. Got everything covered up and safe. He walked me thru the whole insurance process and answered all the questions I had (plus he had to deal with my mom 😂). Easy process to get the shingles picked out l. I was expecting a fairly lengthy wait to have it done, but his team had it done much faster than I expected. Roof looks great and I couldn't be happier with Andy & the m&j team!

  Quality workmanship and excellent service. They answered all of our questions. We would definitely use this company again. Our call was promptly returned as well. His crew was efficient and extremely professional. They had everything torn off and replaced in one day.

  You can tell these guys were very experienced. I have worked rough framing carpentry before so i've seen it. It took them 8 hours to finish my 2 large roofs, with lunch. Very clean and very thorough.
