This was my first experience with Lucius Roofing Company. I had a 2:30 pm appointment with Bob Bailey at my home in Nesbit, MS on 3/25/25 for an estimate. I leave work and head home well in advance to make sure I'm on time. At 2:33 pm, I receive a call from Bob telling me he is in Arlington, TN. He asks if I want to wait another 45 minutes for him to make the drive. Not a good first impression.

Hi Mr. Don, we're very sorry for the inconveniences caused by our mistake. Bob called me at the office yesterday explaining that he messed up and got your appointment in Nesbit flip flopped with his appointment in Arlington and that he was at the Arlington appointment when he should've been at yours. Again, we are deeply sorry for the mistake, and I'd hope you would give us an opportunity to make it up to you. We appreciate you and look forward to the possibility to work with you!

Charles goes above and beyond to make sure that his clients are well taken care of, he makes check-up call to see if what they order came and also he pulls up his sleeves to pitch in to make sure the clients are satisfied.

I can't say enough good things about Lucius Roofing Co. They put me at ease with every step. They showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently. My roof is amazing. Danny Fowler is THE BEST. He came and assessed my roof, helped me pick out shingles (because I needed to match my neighbor's house), and answered the phone every time I called. The work crew was awesome. It was VERY HOT when they were on my roof, but they kept on going. My yard was clean when they left. Danny came back and walked thru the yard to make sure it was picked up and nail free. ( And yes, they used hammer & nails!) It was definitely the most positive experience I've ever had with having work done at my house. I hope I never need another new roof, but if i do, I know who I'll be calling. I'll recommend them to everyone that will listen. Thank you and job well done, Lucius!!!

Eric and Danny did fantastic work repairing a leaking roof around my chimney. They replaced shingles, trim and flashing and painted to match. Also they did a good job leaving no mess. They were on time for the estimate and the work. The price was very reasonable by today's standards. Very professional.

Another roof completed in Arlington, TN! This homeowner trusted Lucius Complete Home for a professionally installed Atlas roofing system featuring Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles, Atlas Summit Synthetic Underlayment, Atlas Ice & Water Shield, new metal drip edge, and proper roof ventilation. Most importantly, every shingle was hand-nailed because we believe quality craftsmanship still matters. Our photos show the complete process, from tear-off to the finished roof, including proper nail penetration through the decking, because we believe homeowners deserve to know how their roof is being installed. Whether you need a complete roof replacement or an honest repair, we'd be happy to help. A Name You Know. A Roof You Trust.4 days agoCall now
