  Working with this company is one huge overpriced disappointment. Lifetime warranty is nice because you will need it 3 months after their work. Their materials come apart in months, they have sloppy work, and are not honest. They promise when you sign up that an inspector will come look at the work but they refuse to call you back or send one out. Only when you post a negative review do they start caring about their work and call you. They will send another sloppy contractor to come back out to "fix" it, and it will come apart months later again. Be prepared to have non stop issues. They will also sell you on this being an easy to clean shower and they use "top of the line materials" that never get dirty or stain. That is simply just not true and this is the hardest shower we have ever had to keep up on. The poor design never lets the water drain and gets a moldy appearance in just 2 days after scrubbing. So glad we have steered a few people away from this company who were looking into getting their bathroom redone. We only wish we had the same opportunity.

  Tony, that is awful news! That is not suppose to happen with the windows because it is all suppose to be one piece. The good news is the window has a lifetime warranty so we can get this fixed ASAP. I am calling you right now to make this right.

  Great experience working with this company. They were upfront the entire time about when they could get started and when they would be finished. Everyone was easy to work with and friendly. They checked in on progress daily and even followed up after a few weeks to be sure there were no issues. I would highly recommend for any siding needs you may have

  ContractingPro is my go-to for my house issues. A sizable tree branch put a hole in my roof and they came out and fixed while I was out of town. As usual I was sent photos showing the work during and completed.

  Jeremy has made the first step in getting a roof replacement amazing. He took the time to set up a Zoom call to walk us through the entire process, explaining our roofing product options and every step of what the replacement will look like. He took the time to educate us on proper cut-in step flashing against the brick, showing us why inferior methods—like surface-mounted flashing just caulked to the wall—fail. He showed us the right way versus the wrong way. Extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. I highly suggest that everyone looking to get a roof done to call them to truly understand the work and products behind the job.
