  not happy at all....windows are a lot smaller than the original. Windows are 6 inches smaller all the way around...6 inches is a lot on the front of your house

  2 stars cause they seemed genuinely friendly but disappeared. Found water spots in an exterior wall in my home. Called Lucious to have a ride come ensure no leaks. Was told everything looked good up top, so was going to send out a carpenter to take a look. A week later, no contact or appointment, so contacting someone else.

  Called for an estimate for soffit and window work for my church. A rep from lucius called that same night. He stated he did not have a rep in tipton county, so he would see what he could do. Never heard back. I will not be using this company in the future. They actually did my roof two years ago, but times have changed.

  Between my husband and I, we have called them several times over the last few months and they have yet to show up. Because they had previously done a good patch job on our roof a couple of years back, we were really trying to be patient, considering the virus and all, but this is ridiculous. We will contact another company.

  I had a gentleman come out to give me a quote on a job. He didn’t bring a tape measure to measure anything out. Couldn’t explain when I asked why I couldn’t use certain material just said you can only use deck boards. I showed him another set of stairs we had done and was not done with deck boards. I asked how many stairs would I have. He said idk until I came out here with the material. Very unprofessional will never use this company

  I needed several shingles replaced. The guy gave me an estimate. OK fine. Needed some wood replaced on a dorma vents . I done had several estimates and watched what they did and how they gaged the cost of replacing the wood. This guy from Lucius pulls up in a Toyota Camry without a ladder to get on my roof. I started questioning him on how can he give me an estimate without getting on my roof. The more he talked. I started to realize he was from the planet “Dipshyt Opioid Abuse” . I started laughing in my mind. I said to myself. I be glad when he leave. So I could Fart. I think Lucius roofing sub contract work out to anyone. Knowing it could be a “Dice Roll”. I’m not mad at Lucius roofing just glad I will not be using them.

  The man that came out and did the work got here early, they worked hard even in the rain each day until the job was finished. They were extremely friendly and professional. For what it’s worth we never heard any profanity.We are very pleased.

  Mike Koger has completed both interior and exterior projects for me, including painting ceilings, repairing cosmetic cracks from house settling in the walls and ceiling, and drywalling a large opening above the fireplace mantel. He also caulked, repaired, and painted the exterior of my home. Mike’s work is excellent, and he is reliable and trustworthy.

  Six-star results--but I'm limited to five. It was definitely time for a new roof on my residence and two outbuildings. From the estimate process to completion, my experience with Lucius Complete Home was outstanding. Quality work by quality people!   Mike K. did a super job painting the interior, replacing a few pcs of door/entryway molding, patched up sheet rock areas that had cracked and repaired some trim pcs and stairway steps in our home recently. Very reliable to show up on time for the 5 days it took him complete the job and kept me informed on any delays. Highly recommend Lucius Complete Home and ask for Mike.... Great guy!

  Lucius is great. The employees are nice, kind, and informative. They are reasonably priced for every job that I have done. The materials are quality also. They are efficient. I will continue to use them whenever I have project that needs to be done.

  I had a roof put on 4 years ago. Small leak appeared this week Jim and Adrian came out the next day and provided a more permament repair due to bad design. He could have just caulked it, but they completely resealed everything and even pressure washed the whole area. Exceptional work that exceeded all my expectations. Thanks again to Jim roof is like brand new.

  Allen Lucy & Pete suggested a room remodel well within my budget, the finished room exceeded my expectations in its stunning new look.   This company employs true professionals only! We had a patio cover, sunroom and screen room all installed in alignment with the entire backside of the house. In addition to 3 exterior doors replaced. All quality issues were addressed promptly and repaired immediately. The job took longer than we would have preferred but that was due mainly to supply chain issues and not the fault of Lucius. I highly recommend Bob Bailey and Lucius Complete Home for any Construction project!
