  I was planning on selling my condo and needed a skylight replacement. The realtor I was working with referred me to Brad Lough. I had him out to provide a quote on the skylight and pay 50%. The day of replacement comes and when his guy got on the roof, he said the skylight didn’t need replaced, and that they needed sealed instead. I asked Brad, while pointing to the discoloration on the wood frame of the skylight, will it fix that issue. Of course, the damage to the frame is done, but he said it would stop the issue. I pay him $1500 to seal all 4 skylights. I then start getting bugs enter in my bathroom skylight which I didn’t have that issue before, and I reached out to Brad and he said he would look into it and I never heard back. I was monitoring the original skylight I contacted him about and noticed the issue was getting worse. I had my suspicions that sealing the skylight would not fix the issue, but he’s the expert, right? I contact him once I knew for sure water was getting in and provide photos. He says he will come out, we schedule a day/time, he no shows. I reach out to him, he had some excuse. We schedule another time, he no shows. Both times I have had to reach out to him after it was obvious he wasn’t coming out. The second time I requested a refund of the original payment since the issue I originally contacted him about remains unresolved, or I can take him to small claims court - his choice. He calls me and says he got back in town late. I ask why he didn’t reach out? Then he proceeds to be completely disrespectful on the phone, and then started saying the issue is caused my condensation from having the heat on (????). No, this is not correct. He acted like he did me a favor by having his guy seal the skylights although I paid him the agreed upon amount. He then said this is why he doesn’t do this type of work and he is 3 years from retirement and about to make his last college tuition payment. Again, I was a paying customer and merely asking him to

  I decided on Lough Bros to remove a couple leaky skylights and repair/replace the existing roof. From the initial consultation up until the finished roof, I couldn't be happier with these folks. Professional, honest, kept me informed through each step of the process, and the results are great. 100% recommend!

  Lough bros roofing and siding is a great place of business. The people are helpful, friendly,well spoken,and mannered. The business is well established and has a long history in Terre haute. For the bigger jobs around the house that I am not confident in myself to tackle, I call Lough bros roofing and siding

  I wouldn’t recommend another roofing company. And I definitely wouldn’t hire a construction crew to do a roofers job. Plus they are family owned since the 40s. Definitely give them a call before you go with Honest Abe or Guaranteed Roofing.
