Contacted Ryan early July of 2021, he put me in touch with one of his guys. Ben Reynolds came out and gave me estimate after a couple weeks. I gave them the go ahead and to get it done. A month later and still not scheduled. Contacted them again asking about when I can get scheduled and completed. Kept on saying we will get you in next week and next week was the same story. Now we are in September of 2021, contacted again asking when they could complete the job. He excuse was they have guys out from covid. Ok no big deal, but they continued to keep saying they will get me on next week. They sent out guys again to remeasure everything and get a supply list of what they need for the job. Here we are in December and still can’t get a response or heard when they will get me done. I will start to look for another roofing company because 6 months later and still no work started.

I couldn't be happier with Seth and Longview Roofing! I didn't have to do anything other than file an insurance claim and call Seth. He worked with the insurance agent and within a few days of the claim being approved had a brand new roof …

He was quick to respond to all questions. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.

I can’t say enough good things about Longview Roofing! From start to finish, the experience was professional, smooth, and honestly one of the best I’ve had with any contractor. Watson was absolutely incredible to work with — friendly, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to make sure we understood what was happening throughout the project. He was onsite, hands-on, and made sure everything ran like clockwork. You can tell he really cares about the quality of the work and the satisfaction of the customer. And Ryan, the owner, clearly runs this company with integrity and pride. He was involved from the beginning, gave us a fair and transparent quote, and followed up to make sure we were completely happy with the final result. You don’t see that kind of leadership every day. Our new roof looks fantastic, the workmanship is excellent, and the clean-up was spotless. If you're looking for a roofing company in the East Texas area, stop searching — Longview Roofing is the one to call. Ask for Watson and know you're in good hands with Ryan leading the team!
