  I contacted Lone Wolf for a roof inspection in June and scheduled with their team for a June 26th inspection. I was informed my inspection was delayed, and ultimately Lone Wolf never showed up or responded. After leaving a Google review, I was contacted by Lone Wolf asking me to take the review down and that they would make things right. I took down the review and nothing was made right. Very odd that there was so much urgency to make things right and get me to take down a negative review and they did the same exact thing. Fool me twice I guess

  I spoke with someone regarding an estimate. We agreed for the man to come to my home on Saturday December 14th at 10 AM. To my disappointment, the man I spoke with never showed up. He also did not give me a call to inform me that he wouldn’t be available for our agreed appointment. This incident was unprofessional.

  Paid a significant deposit in April 2023 for an iron fence. After paying the deposit I did not hear anything from the company. I made many attempts via phone and email to schedule the project, most without any response. I was told twice when I did get a hold of someone that they might come on a specific week over the summer, but, nobody showed up that week, and there was no subsequent contact from the company. In October 2023 I contacted the BBB. I did hear from the owner then, who assured me of a refund of my deposit given my distrust for the company at this point given their lack of communication. It has now been another 4 weeks and I am no longer hearing back from the owner and am having to look into legal options for receiving my deposit back. As of today Lone Wolf Renovations is no longer BBB accredited per the BBB website. I typically do not write any online reviews, but felt that others needed to be aware to proceed with caution before giving any funds to this company. UPDATE 4/25/24: My husband and I have been in frequent communication with the owner of Lone Wolf, and we have agreed upon a plan to build my fence, which will include the full amount paid for my deposit. The owner is also working with us on the overall cost to make it more reasonable than previously determined, which is greatly appreciated. I plan to update/remove this review once the fence has been completed to satisfaction and all financials are resolved. UPDATE 7/12/24: Communications have fallen through. We have not been refunded our significant deposit and our fence has not been started. In hindsight it seems that the owner was contacting me to try to get me to take down this review but may have not had intentions of actually starting the job. We remain unrefunded for our significant initial deposit, and we will now have to resort to other methods at this point to retrieve our funds back. Lone Wolf Renovations remains unprofessional and untrustworthy. My lesson learned is

  I have never had a worse experience with a contractor or any business for that matter. Lone Wolf installed our gate for us and it is still under warranty. The gate completely stopped functioning four months ago. My husband and I have called, emailed, and facebooked messaged them. We have tried every form of communication and have been completely ignored. When they do answer, they claim they will come look at the gate the next day and never show. Do not use this company for anything.

  Laura, We are very sorry we could not make you happy. The reason you removed the review the first time was because we provided you with videos showing it was coming from a flat roof we did not do the work on. I wish you the best. We offered to change what needed to be changed which you agreed when you removed the post. Then, later stated you could not pay more than 200$ towards changing this out. Again, We hate to have an unhappy customer but unfortunately this work was not done wrong from us as we showed you before we even started the job how bad the flat roof was.

  This was by far one of the greatest experiences I have ever had with I company they no only installed the best roof we have ever had but the people the service the attention to detail the pictures during the entire process from start to finish was unbelievable. The owners were on site and kept in contact the entire time the crew was top notch professional organized and respectful awesome people.   I talked to Lone Wolf Friday afternoon and they sent me a proposal. Sunday I met with Dylan - yes I said Sunday and I agreed to have them reroof my house and garage to meet the fortified roofing specifications. All transactions were done on line signing the contract and 50% partial payment and then final payment . I watch the crew install the roofing and what l could see and have knowledge of the were following and installing a fortified roof. Also I paid a Fortified roofing inspector to monitor the installation and provide me with a certified fortified roofing and wind mitigation documents. So I know I have a fortified roof and have written and pictures documentation. The crew arrived Tuesday 2 days afternoon and ready to work. They worked all day in the hot miserable sun with minor breaks. The house was completed Tuesday and the garage was completed on Wednesday. A complete clean up was done - amazing - like work never happened. I feel that I got a Five Star job from start to finish. Thanks Lone Roof Roofing

  Chose Lone Wolf because we received the fortified grant. Super easy to work with, made it as stress free as they possible could on their end. Roof looks incredible. Highly recommend if you have any roofing needs!

  From start to finish, my experience with Lone Wolf Roofing in Metairie was amazing. When receiving the quote, I made it very clear to Dillon that I was on a tight budget and could not go over it. He reassured me that wouldn’t happen and even resent the quote confirming it. Clare was fantastic at keeping an open line of communication and making sure I was always updated on scheduling and availability. On the day they installed the fortified roof, everyone was professional and respectful. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. If they needed to come into the house, they always messaged me first to make sure it was okay. Throughout the day, Dillon stopped by the site to ensure everything stayed on schedule and to answer any questions I had. When the roof was finished, they did a wonderful job cleaning up and making sure there weren’t any stray nails left behind. I cannot recommend these guys enough — affordable, professional, honest, and great to work with. Update The fortified roof inspector just finished his inspection and said it was one of the cleanest installs he has seen. One more reason I would recommend these guys.

  I was impressed that they arrived bright and early to start the job and got it all finished in one day. They came back the next day to do a thorough cleaning. I’m always worried about unexpected costs when doing a major project like this, so I was very happy that we came in on the budget. I ended up needing a couple of pieces of decking replaced but it was minimal extra expense. They said they get a big discount from their supplier on roof decking and pass it along. Their pricing was in line with other companies. One thing I picked up on was that they are selling a complete GAF roof system, whereas other guys were just giving shingles and all the other components were generic. A roof is a big investment so I’m glad to have piece of mind in that GAF is standing behind the work. I appreciated that they weren’t high pressure in getting me to sign a contract.
