If there was an example of unprofessional in the dictionary, this business or at least their employees would be it. My husband and I have been dealing with Pete for almost a full year and my roof is still leaking! At first, we were told it was an easy patch job, the workers came out in a couple days and it was done in under an hour. A few months later, my roof leaks again in the same spot. Under warranty, they come out again to fix it but this time stated that we need new shingles and the AC could be leaking. 1. The AC was already ruled out as a cause 2. Why wasn't that stated during the first assessment and quote consultation? Nevertheless, it was worked on yet again. As of today MY ROOF IS STILL LEAKING IN THE SAME SPOT. My husband texts Pete once again to go unanswered and then proceeds to have the most unprofessional phone call about fixing it AGAIN and possibly applying a tarp to the area because all the while, my interior ceiling is still taking in water damage. I understand that may not be a service you provide but could you not simply answer a text implying so? We were told in the beginning we would be valued as customers and that has not been our experience at all. Do yourself a favor and find someone else who takes pride and ownership of their work because you won't find that here. ****Per the reply below, thank you for admitting publicly that even after assessing our roof yourself, you not only improperly quoted us, you worked on our roof several times knowing that the repairs would not be the viable solution. I appreciate you applying all those dates of service and how we denied you and your company coming out AGAIN TO IMPROPERLY FIX OUR ROOF after your rude, dismissive response for yet another repair. The only thing I regret about this review is that it doesn't bring down your google rating further as it deserves to be well below 4.9.

In August 2020, All Above Construction LLC came to my house to repair a leak that was coming into my office from a dead valley or area above the valley. They charged me $875 to apply Gaco Roof to the dead valley and to take care of exposed nails. On October 28, the roof leaked into my office in the same area that was supposed to be fixed. When I called them the next day, they said they would come asap to do a redo. They showed up on the following Tuesday and said that the leak was due to 5 missing tiles; however, the missing tiles were on the other side of the house on the main roof. They were to send me an estimate and photos and when that did not happen, I called another roofer. I was told that Gaco was not applied at all and that they had used caulking to repair some cracked tiles which he thought they had broken themselves. When I called Pete, the owner, he denied it all until I sent him photos that the second roofer had taken. The following Monday, 2 men came and put Gaco on the dead valley and would not answer any questions. I have not heard from any of them again! Gaco Roof is around $230 retail. I think I was ripped off. I will add that the 5 missing tiles are on the other side of the main roof and the dead valley is not downslope of them. I was given a verbal estimate of $850 to replace 5 tiles. Mr. Pete NEVER got up on a ladder to look at the problems and his workers and he were late every time they came. So far the "repair" job has not been tested as it has not rained so we shall see!

Excellent company. Received prompt, top-tier service for a roof repair I needed taken care of. Also took the time to explain what was done with pictures and comments for each one. The owner, Pete, was nice enough to entertain my dozens of questions

Top tier experience from Above All Construction. They did a roof repair, basically had to take down a section and rebuild it due to wind damage. They did everything they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. It took 3 days, like they said. At the end, the roof section looked new again. They even got a great match on the shingle color.

Highly recommend Pete and his crew. He is super easy to communicate with, got out to me quickly, and fixed my leak right away. In addition to making the fix, he gave me some guidance on what else I should keep an eye on with the roof in the future. A lot of companies don't want to mess with roof repairs, but Pete knocked it right out. Thanks!

I'm having a lot of issues with a metal roof someone else installed after Hurricane Ida. I'd gotten a lot of different contradictory advice from different people - everything from "just put a little sealer on it and it will be fine" to "you need a new roof ASAP." I had no idea what to do till I found Above All Construction, LLC. Above All specializes in metal roofs although they also do shingle and other construction. I finally found someone who could explain everything clearly. Mr. Cahill was able to tell me exactly what is wrong with the roof, what can be done as a short term fix, and what needs to be done long term. I was relieved to find someone who could offer common sense and practical solutions. If you are having issues with a metal roof, call Above All Construction, LLC. Actually, you can call Above All for a lot of things as they also do shingle roofs, sidings, and other construction. Strongly recommend.
