Craig is the absolute worst owner and customer service person in his business. We've had a leak since he replaced our roof and Craig makes empty promises to fix it but never shows up to do his job. He replaced our roof 2 months ago and we still have the leak. Stay away from this scammer. The photos attached show some of his best work.

I spent over $22k earlier this month on a roof installation. It rained this week and water flooded my home and damaged my home again. Craig has been avoiding my calls ever since. I literally just repaired the home from Hurricane Ida and now …

I called for an estimate and he came out the day we agreed upon. He was in neighborhood and he came right away. Told me a week or so but we then had rain so his scheduled work was pushed back a week or so. I was understanding of the situation but called back after the two weeks and kinda got the run around. Acted like they didn’t remember the estimate he gave me and didn’t hear from them again. Was looking forward to having a local neighbor’s company do the work. Unfortunately I still need some repairs if anybody can suggest a roofer in river Ridge. Thank you

They put shingles over rotten wood . I complained and they never came out twice. The third time Craig was showned the rotten wood from the attic and said he would have someone come change it. They never did!!!! That was 4 months ago..

This company started tearing a roof off across the street from me, nailing in toeholds and dropping debris from the second story at 6:30 am. When I contacted them to make a complaint the man said this was their standard procedure. There is a noise ordinance here, they are clearly in violation and don't care. Not impressed, and I will be sharing my experience not only with the proper authorities, but with four of my friends who are beginning renovations.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! 5 years ago I had solar panels installed by a company that immediately went bankrupt. A year later my ceiling bargain to leak. I couldn’t find the source because the insulation had been blown in. I found a roofer who patched under one of the solar panels for $1600. Then this summer my ceiling began to leak again. I called multiple companies to get comparing bids and ideas Most ghosted me. The others all recommended more patching. Craig was the only person to recommend ripping up that entire side of the roof and starting over. It sounded extreme but I had seen how effective my patch job was and now I had to deal with dry wall damage so I agreed. The American Men roofers were tidy, polite and professional. When they ripped up the shingles and tar paper, I was appalled to see over 20 holes of rotted plywood! I’m so glad I went with Craig’s suggestion! I really appreciated his guidance and expertise. It cost me $7900 but , in the end I would have paid so much more by patching and patching and patching. Not to mention the amount of water damage that would have accrued. I’m going to have my solar panels put back on. Craig doesn’t do them but has recommended a company and I trust him

We cannot say enough great things about American Men Roofing company! Craig, Mike and Louis were very professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the fortified roofing process, answered every question we had, and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and treated our home with respect. Their attention to detail was outstanding. It was obvious that they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Our new fortified roof looks amazing, and the peace of mind it provides is priceless—especially knowing our home now has added protection against severe weather. The quality of workmanship is second to none, and the entire project was completed exactly as promised. If you're looking for a roofing company that is trustworthy, professional, and delivers exceptional results, look no further. We are beyond satisfied. Thank you, AMR!

The owner Mr. Craig came out personally for the quote. We had the quote emailed less than 2 hours after his visit. He explained all procedures required for a certified roof and the scope of his work. Work was done the week after Thanksgiving. The crew was professional, timely, and left our property cleaner than it was before they arrived. Roof is awesome, highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
