  Poor customer service. We had some shingles that had come off and we felt it was due to excessive wind and rain. They asked us to provide a photo. The person to whom we spoke said it was a raccoon and that was not covered by the warranty. We have no raccoons in the area and no overhanging branches. The person kept arguing with us as if we wanted something for nothing. They said they would come out and fix it “this one time.” That was weeks ago and we have heard nothing. We just had this roof put on in the fall and feel they should make it right.

  Hi Beti, Thanks for taking the time to review our company but not sure how we only received a 2 star rating with "poor customer service" mentioned. You called with an issue and spoke with Dan our office manager on 3/15/21. Dan said it was definitley not damage caused by wind and rain and it appeared to be raccoon, or some sort of animal damage. He let you know that we would take care of it as soon as we could, and would do it at no charge this time even though it clearly wasn't a warranty issue. We sent a repair crew out on 4/12/21 and made the repairs for you at no charge as promised. If you could, please add the picture of the damage for our potential customers to see what you were referring to. We wish you the best and hopefully after reading this you'll reevalulate the rating you left us.

  I have recently chose Lockhart Roofing to replace my gutters and my old roof. Overall, 10/10. They didn’t leave any mess, all of their staff were friendly, and it was very reasonably priced. Thank you Lockhart Roofing!!
