  They quoted me $15,000 to replace my roof on my mobile home roof that was less than 4 years old... and said my whole roof had 1 year left of life. When I didn't even ask for a quote for a roof replacement. I only wanted a quote on fascia cover repairs. Then a good roofing company came out today and said I have at least 10 years of life left on my shingles alone.. and 2 other roofing companies have confirmed this since then... so needless to say... don't trust this company... they are just out to get you and only provide predatory practices

  FALSE! Our records show that you reached out originally for a roof replacement estimate and also for facia repairs. You were provided three different estimates for roofing and facia repairs that altogether would not add up to $15,000. We don’t see anything in our estimates showing it was recommended to you get a new roof because your roof was old, it may have been put on poorly, which would deem a replacement recommendation. As a company, we have worked very hard to create a great reputation of honesty and integrity. So if you would please take a moment to delete this review it would be greatly appreciated.

  Becks, we are very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We do admit there was some miscommunication in scheduling but the final two months of waiting was out of our control and was only for the delivery of a piece of window glazing after everything else was already completed. Gutters that were damaged were replaced at our expense. You were given a landscape supply gift card to replace the bush that was broken, and the scuffed paint on the trim was fixed within 48 hours. There is no argument here that we made some mistakes that we have learned from and apologize. But, we needed to add some clarification to the fact that we did not make those mistakes and then walk away without care. We wish you the very best and thank you for your business no matter what!

  We apologize greatly that this was your experience. We do know that you called us originally because you said we did such a fantastic job for your son, but there were obviously issues that arose with your project. You are correct that we have parted ways as a company with both salespeople that you had dealt with because of similar issues with others and that's not the type of company we want to be and not the type of reputation we want to have. We are always trying to improve and service people the best that we can . We wish you the best!

  This is easily the single worst experience I have ever had working with a contractor. We were initially told that the roofers would be out on Thursday, but I reached out to them the day before to clarify at 4 PM and learned that was not going to be happening because it would be cold (high of 40). Fair, but I'd at least like to know. I got in touch with DeMatthew to ask why they never told us they weren't coming the day they initially said and he had no answer. They arrive Friday and start working, offer to replace the gutters (which are older but have no major issues besides blockage, and I was going to clean them myself in the summer), I decline until I see how they do the roof. Was supposed to be a one-day thing but they need to go the next day - fair enough, though leaving the dumpster in the driveway is less than ideal. However, they actually do not even finish the next day, but on Sunday. When I go outside, they left materials all over the lawn, trampled and destroyed our berry bushes, knocked a big chunk out of our stairs, had gutters BARELY INSTALLED and literally DANGLING (some birds are now creating a nest where that happened), as well as installed incorrectly in multiple places in such obvious ways like putting the wrong gutters in the wrong areas where they either dangled off the roof or were blatantly too short, damaged stucco near a dormer on our house (where carpenter ants are now intruding), did not secure gutters properly, etc...it was absolutely heinous, and I had to request that they come out to fix these issues MULTIPLE times, until I got so sick of asking that I decided to simply pay them, wait for the warranty, and handle everything else via eternal means since they're apparently incapable of doing a job correctly. Blatantly installing gutters incorrectly and trying to blame it on "pre-existing damage" when I could install them better myself is some of the most dishonest business I've ever seen, particularly since they were trying to leverage

  The guys did a great job , I'm pretty impressed they knocked it out in one day and it looks great. I called around for quotes to about 5-6 different places and they came back as the most reasonable, even over other places that quoted with lower quality materials. Would definitely recommend

  I can't say enough good things about my experience with Roofing PD and Ken Molter. I had them at my place of employment because we had a leak and a plumbing company told us it was the roof and not the plumbing. Ken came out and determined that it was not the roof and instead of leaving he spent the next 2 hours determining where the leak actually was and guess what it was the plumbing! Ken wen above and beyond to help! If I ever do have a roofing issue, Roofing PD will be the first one I call. Thank you!

  We had an outstanding experience with Roofing PD! From the very beginning, they were honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. We were originally told our project would be about 2–3 weeks out, but once they learned we were trying to sell our home, they went above and beyond to move us up and complete everything within just a couple of days. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always quick to answer our questions. They even took the extra step of hooking up our bathroom fan, which we truly appreciated. The representative who came out was personable, knowledgeable, and never tried to upsell us on things we didn’t need. He was realistic about what our roof actually needed and provided fair, honest pricing. If you’re looking for a roofing company that genuinely cares about its customers, does quality work, and stands behind their service, I highly recommend Roofing PD. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

  I highly recommend Roofing PD because of the experience I just had with them. From the initial contact to get a quote to the general manager thanking me for my business, top notch. These guys do it right and your in good hands with Roofing PD. Knowledgeable, fair, no pressure and extremely professional. Everything Troy and I discussed about the job was completed by the roofing crew on time as promised and they did a great job! I was hesitant to get bids but I found the right company and I'm extremely happy. Give them a call you won't regret it. Thx to everyone at Roofing PD for the new roof! I've got another house that needs a new roof and I'm going to make 1 call to Roofing PD.

  We had a leak that started right after a rain storm. We called another company which immediately jumped to a quote on a new roof totaling around $30K. For a second opinion, Roofing PD came out. Troy spent so much time in the attic addressed any concerns that the other company brought up. He made a quick repair on the spot but made us feel assured that we weren’t ready for a new roof yet. We’ve had several drenching rainstorms and have had no issues since. When we are ready for a new roof, we will definitely be calling Roofing PD first for being so honest and up front. Finding good contractors to trust is hard, but they earned ours.
