  Don't use Livingston gutters they are horrible The owners been here three times and he hasn't fixed the problem yet My gutter goes way down past the fascia board on the front of my house I've had the better business bureau after him I just want my money back from him and call it quits he I want to give him a zero review so nobody else uses them

  Extremely rude I was at the gas station and the owner of this vehicle proceeded to make predigest epithets & racist slurs

  We were not happy with the way they hung the gutters on our log home. They came out and tried to adjust them but they still look weird. They are sloped at an angle so severe in the front that you can see a space between them and the roof.

  I have had real ups and downs with gutter installation in the past so I am truly in a "show me" mentality. I had a complete gutter job about four years ago, which was put up without proper structure and had to be taken down, restructured and reattached. Obviously, the gutters were distorted in the process and the seams and corners were leaky and cocked. So Livingston Gutters proposed a complete replacement which was costly but now I understand was necessary. We had some ups and downs during the process, but I am pleased to say the Livingston Gutter people did stand behind their work and with a few minor corrections, have finished a first class installation. I especially appreciated the interaction with the owner Leanne who took time to hear my issues and with Dan who came out on Monday 8/5/24 to resolve those issues on site. I spent a lot of time on Tuesday, 8/6 observing the gutters outside during a heavy rain and the leaks, overflows, and visual distortions which were part or the previous situation were gone. So I am appreciative of work of the Livingston Gutter people and the customer attitude that Leanne and Dan manifested. Thank you to them all for resolving this aspect of homeowner anxiety.

  Parks at the diesel pump and doesn’t even get gas. Poor awareness for a company owner to do when other peoples time means money too. Don’t park at the pump and leave, especially with limited diesel pumps

  Bad experience Ordered gutters for our new garage and carport. After installed, gutters not working properly, it lacks drainage. Took a closer look after few months and this is what I find: 1) no adaptor between the gutter and downspout. Gutter has and x cut and crude attachment between the downspout and gutter with 2 screws. Opening reduced to less than 2" wide, screws also reduce the opening even further. only takes one leaf to close it. Water sipping around the x cuts as well. 2) Gutter installed on top of drip edge and not straight allowing water access behind it. 3) The drip edge was excessively cut at corners in barbaric manner. 4) Supporting brackets installed over the drip edge 5) Drip edge pulled away from house and unnecessarily bent over When contacted, they try to sell me more services instead fixing the problems. Owner did not respond when contacted. I would not buy services from this company again. I also do not recommend it for anyone who needs gutter installed Posted 8 pictures but most not showing.

  Livingston Gutter did the gutter install on my new build about 1.5 years ago. Due to recent heavy rains in SE MI, noticed that there was water dripping from inside the overhang soffit vents. This appeared to be caused by the upper floor downspout overflowing where it dumps into the main floor gutter. Called about two weeks ago to get on the schedule to get the install inspected. Appt was today (8/10) and I got a call while waiting for them to arrive that they're not coming out because it's no longer under warranty. OK, that is fine but don't waste my time (2 weeks and clearing my schedule today) to tell me something that they should have told me when I first called.

  Called for a minor repair and they wanted $350 bucks to come back out for a 10 min repair. She told me that’s the minimum cost they will come out for. I see how you treat your customers.

  Our apologies Roger, for not being able to complete the repair/change per your request. Unfortunately, with COVID, Unemployment, and the housing Market we have been extremely busy this year and have had to eliminate some of the things we'd normally offer. Such as cleanings, fascia, soffit, and repair work/changes. This is the minimum for all of our customers as we have to take into consideration the gas, and compensation of our employees, as well as other factors you may not be aware of.   Extremely impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, quality of the product they installed to my house. We did new gutters and guards on our new house. It’s one thing to pay for work to get done, but I wasn’t able to be at home yesterday and that usually leaves me uneasy because I like to see the process and how they do things. I came home from work very happy and after multiple bad experiences as of late with other contractors this was refreshing for me and my wife. They knocked out the entire tear off of the old gutters and install of new gutters guards downspouts in just 1 day.

  Your crew did such a nice job! They were done with everything within a couple of hours. They made sure the area was cleaned up before they left. I would give referrals to my friends and family.

  I can't recommend Livingston Gutter highly enough. In the original installation of new gutters and gutter guards, as well as on the two occasions I have required service calls (weather related damage) The crew has been polite, professional and competent. Great company!

  This company was dependable and had great communication throughout. Due to extreme heat the crew coukd not install on the assigned day but the owner made a quick adjustment in the scheduling and got me in a couple days later. very happy
