  Ferguson roofing, Dropped sky light though the roof on to kitchen floor, now have the floor damaged, truck backed into gate, gate destroyed, since working on roof= heatpump / A/C stopped working.

  Called for them to look at a leak. Came out and told me the cause and had it fixed. Next rain same leak. After a week or so came back out told me problem identified. Would be back to cap a vent in a couple days. 3 weeks later nothing. So I basically paid them to fix a problem that wasn't the problem...

  Called them to fix my roof, said no problem they'll call me Monday when they head over, Monday came and went, called Tuesday they said they'll be by Thursday, Thursday came and went, no call no nothing, thanks for wasting my time

  We recently bought a new house and the roof still had a warranty on it. Some shingles were falling off and I called to get it repaired. They told me no problem, we will get out there and fix them, no charge. After a week of them not coming I called again and they said sorry, it was raining the day we were gonna come out, but we will get it fixed. No one ever showed. 5 months and SEVERAL voicemails left unreturned later our roof is still not fixed. I cannot speak for the original experience of the roof, but I can say be very cautious trusting that they will honor their warranty.

  Several calls in to get the job done...I was always the one following up, not them. Office is always “out of office or on another call”. Worker had to come back 3 times to complete a very small repair job. Had to call 2 times for an invoice then ended up contacting worker because he was the only one who would respond. Great working crew! Good work completed. Terrible office/ support staff.

  We are so glad we contracted with Ferguson Roofing to put a new roof on our house. They were great from start to finish- great communication, timely quotes, great follow up. They are professional, friendly and helpful, from start to finish. The crew that completed the job were unbelievably hard working and professional as well.

  We had our roof done last month in June by Ferguson Roofing Inc., and we couldn’t be happier. We did our homework for a good while, and got a few quotes from other companies, but we decided to goes with Ferguson because they’re highly recommended by couples of our friend who actually got their roof done by them also. Their price was reasonable ( midrange). Vance & Irene was quickly with their response. Irene even drove out to our house to do the second half of consultation, along with helping us picking out color, and she is knowledgeable which help answered a lot of questions. The crews completed the job in two days minus one day of rain in between. These workers are awesome with great enthusiasm. They’ve also extended two gutters for reasonable price. Afterwards, they clean up so well that we thought they weren’t even there in the first place. This is my parent’s house, and my folks are very impressed with their new roof. The warranty of 50 years by GAF roofing manufacture, and of course we upgraded to the gold pledge warranty through Ferguson which gave us twenty five ( 25 ) years of workmanship for a very fair price. This is outstanding! We wanted to thanks Ferguson Roofing Inc. Thank you to Vance & Irene, and special thanks to the awesome workers crews for their amazing works!!!

  The guys from Ferguson Roofing did an awesome job on the roof! It makes our house look a lot better. We had a leak in our living room over the winter and I called them out and we went over the repair/replace conversation. My wife and I talked about it and decided to replace the roof to avoid future problems. We talked with Evan from the start to the finish and even after. He was great to deal with along with Irene, the owner of the company who showed us color samples before making a selection. Company is really good and you should go with them for roofing and siding needs in the Livingston/Oakland county areas!

  I found Ferguson Roofing through a local Rochester Community page and I’m so glad I did. Evan came out to inspect my roof and was incredibly thorough—he identified the cause of my leaks and mold issues, which turned out to be partially from poor attic airflow. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and the best way to fix it. The crew was fantastic—professional, efficient, and they completed the entire roof replacement in just one day. Evan kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and the quality of their work is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Ferguson Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement!
