Contacted another roofing company that referred me to Local Roofing and Restoration. Couldn't have provided a better recommendation. It was so easy coordinating and communicating with Jason and pricing was very fair for soffit repair we needed. Ted did excellent work with the repair and made a very quick turnaround from my first contact with them. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back for any other roofing needs we have.

Jason and team were able to come out the same day to take a look at our roof after we found a small water stain on the ceiling. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly identified that our original skylight installer failed to flash it at all, causing a very small leak that only became apparent after a few years (and a very heavy storm). They also identified some damaged shingles from the stucco people from the original construction. They were able to come out a few days later to do repairs, cleaned up after themselves so well that other than the new shingles not being as sun-bleached as the old ones and our caulking being a different color than before, we could hardly tell they were there. Payment via zelle was quick and convenient at a fair price. They warranty their work for 2 years. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future repairs and even my picky engineer spouse found nothing to complain about!

Seriously the best repair experience I have ever had with a roofing company. Responded quickly, fair price, got on the schedule when I needed it to happen and showed up EARLY since I had to have someone meet them at the house since I was out of town. And they are bonded to work on townhomes that have 3 or 4 stories!

Great communication and fast response. When our roof started leaking, we called around town trying to get a company to come do repairs before the next wave of storms came through. Because a lot of companies don’t do 3 story townhomes, we had trouble getting someone here, and were eventually referred to Local Roofing and Restoration. From the beginning, communication was fast and easy, and they worked us in as soon as they could. When they arrived Friday evening, they did a quick assessment and had a repair plan and estimate to us before Monday morning. The pricing was much less than we were anticipating, and once we approved the estimate Monday morning, they came back the same day. Throughout the repair process (which only took a few hours), they stayed in communication with us, sending photos and updating us on whether or not mold was present (thank goodness it wasn’t). The job ended up being more extensive than we originally thought, but they honored their original estimate despite that. We will definitely call Local Roofing next time we need a repair, and would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. Their communication alone made them stand out, but the integrity they showed impressed us the most.

After a frustrating morning of calling roofing companies to help repair/replace a squirrel-damaged plumbing boot (where they only seemed interested at inspecting/replacing my entire roof at some future date), I was luckily connected with Jason at Local Roofing & Restoration who was super responsive and made it over to my house quickly. Jason inspected the damage, listened to my concerns as a customer, and proposed a reasonable solution that aligned with my desired outcome at a fair price. Jason and team quickly gathered the required supplies and completed the repairs within a few hours. The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship was notable and appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Local Roofing & Restoration, and while I hope to avoid future roof damage, I would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

I have gone through interviewing many contractors but Local Roofing were the first that did not use salesmen tactics just pure facts. Excellent service Marisa and Adi are knowledgeable and A+ professionals. They helped us with getting insurance to cover damage from hail. The roof repair was fast, and done by the afternoon. We still can't believe how quickly they are. We are happy to have them work on our roof. We will gladly suggest to anyone needing roof repair.
